5 /5 Ms. MONIQUE Monique, Getting into trucking over 50: I was there Thursday 26th and I had a great experience at the imaging dept. I was there for my yearly mammogram. Only critic, I have is , if the radiologist sees something, before you actually leave the facility maybe ask for additional images right then and there or even an ultrasound, especially if the person has previous history. But overall all of the techs and front desk employees were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to my friends most definitely

2 /5 Jennifer Best: I have been coming here for mammograms for about two years. I never have to wait long and the technicians are very nice. However, on this last visit, I was told I needed a biopsy and that I would be contacted by a coordinator to set up an appointment. It would have been nice if the radiologist had come in to explain to me what they saw and why they think I needed a biopsy. I wonder if they know how scary this actually is? There was no comfort, no reassurance, nothing. Just oh, you need a biopsy, have a nice day. Now it is the second day as I sit around anxiously waiting for someone to call to set up an appointment. You would think if this place catered to women, there would be more compassion………

1 /5 Riah Ranaee: I agree with one of the reviews Dr Lonberger is very poor with reaching out to patients to explain concerns and just tell you everything is fine. I had to constantly reach out for someone to explain my test results back to me. ( test result came back questionable) and Dr Lonberger said everything was fine when the test clearly shows something is off again I reached out to get a explanation and get a better understanding and I’ve been ghosted! FYI I had lab test done January 2, 2025 and I’m still confused on my test results !

3 /5 Taffy Schneider: Dr. Wastson-Locklear is amazing. She was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her. But unfortunately if you need any imaging or labs done, I wouldn’t recommend the imaging or lab department in this building. I have a history of fainting during lab work and the technicians didn’t take any steps to try to make me feel more comfortable to avoid fainting, which I almost did. The experience just felt very rushed and uncaring. Then, the receptionist in the imaging department was so unapproachable and cold, I couldn’t even proceed with having the ultrasound done because I felt so uncomfortable.

Winter Park Medical Center - Winter Park Lecram Noel: Im in the medical field, so I always have high expectations when it comes to healthcare. I had a surgical procedure and Meghan, Nurse PreOp; Dr Sullivan, Anesthesia, Paige CRNA and their entire PACU staff make me feel so at ease and comfortable….. What a great experience!!!! Sorry if I can’t remember the rest of the staff names but with the happy juice I forgot…. JOB WELL DONE. THANK YOU! :-)

Orlando Health Medical Group Urology - Orlando Attorney Sanga Turnbull: The reception staff is amazing. The office process is horrific. Arrived 5 minutes early for an appointment I took a month to schedule. An hour later I still hadn’t seen a doctor. If this is the level of care and attention they pay to you when it’s not an emergency these doctors won’t care for you when it is an emergency. They clearly overbook so they are only in it for the money. My suggestion avoid these people like the plague. Find a smaller caring office that cares about your time and health. They should rename the place because health clearly isn’t their primary concern. It’s all about the money from overbooking. Shame on them. Their current patients deserve better because I will not be one of them

GuideWell Emergency Doctors - Winter Park Saundra Ebben: Dr Ramnarain was great! He explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He was engaging while giving me stitches, which helped keep my mind off of it, and seemed to genuinely care about my comfort and treatment. I wish all doctors had such a great bedside manner, it really put me at ease. Id also add that the nurses and front desk staff were also top notch in helpfulness, empathy, and they all smiled while interacting with me. That in itself, made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Ill definitely be recommending Guidewell to others needing quality minor emergency care. Thanks everyone for making a painful situation less stressful :)

University Medical Care - Winter Park janessa rodriguez: My uncle has been a patient with Dr. Kapoor‘s office since 2020 apparently a bill was sent incorrectly submitted to insurance and it wasn’t paid due to that one bill. It refused to see my uncle after being hospice for 90 days fighting for his life and having to schedule a follow up to Dana and dimples and they refused to resubmit the claim that they submitted incorrectly to begin with because my uncle had insurance not want us to pay $430 out-of-pocket when we have medical insurance Billing department, unprofessional, respectful, no empathy no sympathy horrible disgusting how such a great doctor could have such a lack of good staff and support

AdventHealth East Orlando - Orlando Christina Williams: I have been coming to this ER for years because they have always gone above and beyond for me. Everyone has always had an amazing phenomenal attitude however today was my worst experience ever to the extent that I would never want to come here ever again nor recommend anyone. My HIPPA rights were completely violated over four times in less than an hour. Due to frustration with the treatment (never raising my voice) just verbally said that I am extremely frustrated and furious; security was called. I had a surgery done and no one explained anything to me after. In fact, I was told that the doctor was explaining the procedure to me while I was completely incoherent due to the anesthesia. Please make it make sense. Nurses came into my room to view my body without drawing a curtain or even closing the door. Extremely unprofessional. I was charged for medication that no one explained. Overall, this was the worst experience Ive ever had.

Womens Care - Winter Park Theresa Rogers: WCF has been my OB-GYN for over 22 years. I was referred to them due to my high risk status with my last pregnancy in 2001. The care I received then and since has been amazing. Any doctor I have ever seen over the years has been absolutely wonderful. I have always felt comfortable with every level of care, especially with having had 3 surgeries. I currently see Dr. Bridge and he is absolutely amazing. He takes his time to connect with his patients. Making appointments is easy peasy and the girls are so sweet.

Winter Park Internal Medicine - Winter Park Ginger Clark: I have been seeing Gretchen Smith for approximately 2 years and have always been impressed by her deep knowledge and genuine care. This past week she proved how unique she really is as a medical provider. After becoming ill, I called for an appointment and they immediately worked me in that day. She also provided a thorough exam and then followed up with me the next day. The entire office staff are professional and courteous making the practice a real gem in today’s healthcare environment.

Dr. Timothy C. Childers, MD - Winter Park James Dreyer: Dr. Childers was amazing with his surgical skills and his in person communication prior to my multiple hernia surgery and follow-up. He was very attentive to my questions on surgical details and post operative care. The medical support staff in his office were exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Childers for his professional advice, surgery and overall medical care.
