5 /5 Diane Sykes: I was at Advent Hospital, Palm Coast for 2 days for a hip replacement. The hospital is beautiful and well kept. The staff, including my doctor, the techs and especially my nurses were wonderful, cheerful and helpful! Someone checked on me every hour, and if I rang my call button, someone was in there within minutes! I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

They answered my questions, they were cool under pressure, and maintained an aura of professionalism to make sure their patients are cared for. The overnight staff were too loud to the point I couldnt fall asleep

5 /5 Janet: Best Physical therapy location in Palm Coast. I have tried several others, but Advent Hospital and sports medicine physical therapy is the best. Daryl is especially attentive when he is working with his patients. Also Amie is a favorite because she generates positivity while staying focused on my technique. Her extensive experience shows allowing her to think outside the box. Adventi like that the therapist work one on two a patient. This I did not experience in 3 other PT locations. Definitely give it 5 ⭐️

5 /5 Greg Farina: Advent Hospital North on Palm Coast Pkwy. Relatively new Hospital. Great Staff and Caring individuals Very Clean and wonderful design of the Building. If I had to nick pick the only negative I found was Terrible Coffee . The Cafeteria is ok for most other items.

From the doctors, nurses, kitchen staff, techs, housekeepers and Chaplain, they all made my stay as comfortable as they could! The hospital is clean and care wonderful! I have recently been to Well 65 + in Sanford, where I see my primary care physician Dr. Cherry. I have recently been to the outpatient Radiology and Lab Facility in Deltona at the corner of Saxon Boulevard and (I think) Sterling Court. My care at both of these facilities have been excellent. I am treated well, most of the time I receive timely service and I have no complaints. I hope this review is helpful. Carol Stacey

Palm Coast Family Practice and Walk-in - Palm Coast Dave G: The team at Palm Coast Family Practice sets them apart. Jackie, Shannon, Abbie and the entire up-front office team is fantastic. They all contributed to enhance my experience as a "walk-in" patient. They are knowledgeable, have outstanding expertise and I appreciated their clear and informative communication style. I also appreciated their professionalism and comfortable bed-side manner. Even though I was an out of town visiting patient, they treated me like an old friend. Thank you for the work you do.

Ardent Family Care - Palm Coast Lesa Moore: January 6 2025- Just called Ardent Family Care to cancel an upcoming appointment and the person who answered my call took my name, said thanks with a very nasty attitude and then hung up on me. She never asked my dob or confirmed the date I was requesting to cancel. My husband and I have been patients there for 7 years. Since Dr Alfonso retired, we moved to use Dr De Leon who has since left this practice and the decline has been very transparent! Joe in prescription meds has complicated so many of our prescriptions by calling them in to the wrong pharmacies or calling in meds we don’t use..ugh. That little gem they now have answering the phones , who by the way never identified herself, and it definitely wasn’t Carla, but that individual should be taught some customer care skills and check her nasty attitude at the door before she takes incoming calls from patients. Needless to say, they don’t seem to care about the patients on any level. We will not be going back to Ardent Family Care! Good RIDDANCE!
