I do however have an issue with policy. I had a knee surgery and I wasnt given any device to help me get around. I thought hospitals give you something to help you get around like a cane, walker, crutches etc... We were enthusiastically greeted immediately at the service window and were promptly provided with the necessary paperwork to complete. There was no wait involved other than the time it took to complete the forms. After a quick review, the certificates were issued immediately thereafter. I anticipated a long queue and was causally surprised - the entire process took minutes due to the attentive staff. Keep up the great work! UF Health Primary Care - Cypress Point - Palm Coast Jag Mag: I used UF/ Shands in Jacksonville with chemo for bladder cancer. I was to have 8 treatments, but I walked out after 3 and went to the only hospital in Jacksonville..MAYO CLINIC!!! UF/Shands was a zoo, like the circus here at Advent...UF medical school in Gainesville is rated last in 50 medical colleges in the USA. Care Clinic Mental Health - Flagler Beach Leslie: My NP is wonderful. However, they owe me 160 dollars that they took out of my account when my EOB says I owe nothing as I have met my out of pocket. They will not call me, my calls to them go to voice mail and any emails are also not responded to.
After receiving this response there was also an email stating a 40 dollar refund. When I checked my bank all money that has been kept since I started seeing your practice, which is a few months at 160 dollars, all the money had been refunded. Your response was not accurate because if you had checked further you would have seen that indeed I had met my OPP. This is fully confirmed by my EOB. Yes you are not responsible for the insurance company and how the claims are handled but you are responsible for taking the information they have sent you stating what my responsibility is and not charging me more.
And also having to call and email several times in order to receive the refund I was due. Flagler Health and Rehabilitation Center - Bunnell Julie: Physical Therapists were good, but sadly the rest of our experience was awful. Rooms are old and hot and tiny and nothing like website. Food was cold and substandard. Our mom arrived stable, and then died a week later in their care. I regret having her here more than anything. Florida Primary Care and Sports Medicine - Palm Coast Anjanette Stevens: My son had an appointment to get established with the doctor yesterday and I was very impressed at how through they are. They went over everything with him, addressed all his concerns and explained the plan of action. Coming from Palm Coast Family Practice where you are just a dollar sign to support the doctors wifes lifestyle this practice is very professional and comforting. The staff is very friendly and I did not feel rushed like we were just another patient. I am so happy I have made an appointment for myself and my daughter. HIGHLY recommended!
