5 /5 Tracy Fickert: I went to the ER on a Saturday morning. I was seen and triaged promptly. I was put in a room very quickly. Carolyn was my nurse and she was great! Dr. Cyr was fantastic. I was in and out in 4 hours which is very quick! All the staff was wonderful. I would go there again if need be.

3 /5 herbert kim (gyvergirl9): Very upsetting! Most of the staff was fine, polite and caring. Left i the room for hours with little attention paid to the amount of pain I was in, then ended with the doctor sharing my private medical information with people in the room I did not give permission to share it with. So overall not happy with my care.

4 /5 Bruce Pikaard: I had to go to the ER for an x-ray and ct scan a day after a bike crash. After my x-rays, I was placed in an ER bed and hooked up to the bedside monitor until I had my CT scan, and afterwards. Although my care was excellent, I felt this step was unnecessary as I was ambulatory and not in severe pain. I think this is SOP for padding the bill. I appreciate the care I got, along with the friendly and caring staff.

3 /5 Barbara Ligowitz: Happy with I was very happy with everything except for the fact that the doctor told me straight out that she did not know what was wrong with my eye. Yes, she checked that My eyesight was not in immediate danger however, I think since it was the ER, she was probably not the only doctor on! She could’ve asked another doctor to look at it or at least contacted someone and asked if they’d seen anything like this before prior to telling the patient she had no idea what it was.

4 /5 DaLeeta Mullaley: I had to go to the ER and have been there before. In previous visits there was no wait at all, this time it was packed and only minimal seating. We had to stand for over an hour to finally get a seat. That being said the staff is always great and the hospital feels so clean. The only other negative was when it came to being discharged it took a long time. The nurse literally stood in my doorway and told me she would be right with me for the discharge then went into the room across the way and started giving the lady her meds and whatever. She could have discharged me which literally took only 5 mins and then walked across the hall, the lady had a cough and was probably very sick. It was almost another hour before she got back. They could have had my room for another patient. She had my paperwork with her because she came straight over to me when she was done. Bottom line is we love this hospital!
