5 /5 Melissa: My grandmother went to Palm Coast and the care for both patient and family was superb. I cant say enough about nurse Kathy and her temple missing glasses. Nurse Kathy made all of us so comfortable and what she did for us, on one of the final nights of my grandmothers life - was truly beautiful and one of the most precious moments of my life. My loved one passed peacefully and comfortably. For that I will be forever grateful.

5 /5 Ianta Washington-Allotey: I truly love this place, Advent Health Hospice Care. The nurses here are so professional kind and compassionate. They really care for your love ones. They are taking such good care of my Dad. Thank you so much. My dad was in a rehabilitation center before this and it was horrible. The Flagher Rehabilitation Center on Dr. Carter Blvd.They were not turning Dad properly and his condition got so bad that he needed surgery. When he went to The hospital to have surgery he was too weak Horrible horrible care. The nurses here at Advent Health Hospice care are like night and day..I wish my Dad never went to that other place.

5 /5 Lynsey Randolph: The nurses and staff here are absolutely amazing. They are very kind and empathetic. They did a great job caring for my grandfather, he was free of pain and comfortable. I want to give thanks to a nurse there named Elizabeth, I can tell she truly cared. She helped my family and I during our visits, she gave use good advice and said comforting things. What she said helped me a lot, especially on my visit before my grandpa passed. I cannot thank the staff here enough.

5 /5 Melissa Miller: The nurses and staff were phenomenal. They gave my grandfather so much divinity and they really understand how to allow the whole family space to be together and grieve. I appreciated our time here very much. Our room was large and comfortable. We had a BEAUTIFUL water view and access to ample parking, kitchen, living room, chapel, garden, and porch. I’m not sure how we could’ve asked for anything more. Truly blessed by this experience and I will cherish the memories we made in these last moments for a long time. Set the standard for care and exceeded everyone of my expectations. Writing this review because I know so many people these days are huge critics but I needed to express my sincere gratitude.
