1 /5 Hector Samario: I left this doctor because of his office staff. While Doctor Renato is very good, his office staff is NOT. You should plan on being frustrated by their lack of responsiveness to any call and/or front deck question. They will deflect, tell you that "you need to call so and so...", and not answer you question. And there is only ONE number to call, and I promise that you WILL be sent to voice mail and may never get a call back. It became so frustrating that I would drive to the office if I had any questions because they would not respond to voice messages. I hope Dr. Renato sees this post as I tried to get this message to him but, alas, his office staff "took my message".

He has helped me tremendously since moving to this particular area of Florida a year ago.He is very thorough and responds quickly to any concerns. He listens to you and I feel that he really cares about his patients. The staff is very friendly and helpful also! A++++

1 /5 Nancy Birdsell: My results are being held hostage at the office. The last two times I was sent for tests call the office to inform them the test where complete and waited for a the assigned doctor to call me. I have been passed around from doctor to doctor. I have now called 6 times for my results to no avail. At one point a woman called me and asked who ordered the test. I’ve called the after hours number left messages and according to the office they never received any of my messages. This is has been a horrible experience and still no call backs. However the results have been in my portal and I can’t discuss the results with a doctor. Please help

Best Western Plus Flagler Beach Area Inn & Suites - Palm Coast Renee Arnold: Checked in late at night and Tyler was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Bed wasnt too comfortable but everyone has different preferences on mattress types. Pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was average for free Breakfast but Carol did an awesome job rushing about to keep it all supplied and clean. Roseangela checked us out and was very polite and sweet. Will definitely stay here again it was a great price and only 1 1/2 hrs from port to get on cruise. Be nice to people and they will be nice to you!

I really felt listened to, and that my concerns were being addressed. The office was really nice and clean. There were a ton of services on site, and the office staff was really professional and welcoming.

Florida Oral & Facial Surgical Associates - Palm Coast Mulki Bhat: I have my wife as well as myself as a patients of Florida Oral & Facial surgeons..Being a physician having practiced for over five decades, I see good when I see it! Dr Song treated me for a molar extraction. Tooths crown came off with tooth . It is a difficult extraction I thought. He made it easy ! I admire his skills, bedside manners! He even called me to see how I was doing. I wish all doctors are as good and as humble. They have a great set up. It is very easy to communicate with them!

George E. Weems Memorial Hospital - Apalachicola Amanda Nagy: While vacationing on SGI, my daughter started having difficulty breathing so we took her to this ER. I felt that all staff was friendly and compassionate and took good care of our girl. The building is a bit dated, but everything was clean. Hopefully we never have to return, though if we do, I know we will be in good hands.

HCA Florida Gadsden Emergency - Quincy Darrel Web: I came in cause my finger got in the way of a table saw. Missed the bone and the fingernail but, l got nine stitches and a tentnis shot. This was a well organized crew and everyone who took care of things (4 folks total) knew what they were doing and took care of my finger and me. In and out in a very short amount of time. I hope not to be back in but, if l have to someday, l hope its them

Palms Medical Group - Trenton - Trenton Jenn Rook: I have been a patient with Palms since March of 2023 and in that time I have went through 3 providers. Each one has left the Trenton office just as soon as they start to get things figured out with my chronic health conditions and then I have to start all over fresh with a new provider. There is no continuity of care with them. I just received a call from the office today, canceling my Tuesday appointment because my provider Jessica Sheffield is now leaving their office. I am beyond disappointed that there is nowhere in the Tri-county area that offers quality healthcare.
