    • Dr. Renato A. Alfonso, MD - Palm Coast Hector Samario: I left this doctor because of his office staff. While Doctor Renato is very good, his office staff is NOT. You should plan on being frustrated by their lack of responsiveness to any call and/or front deck question. They will deflect, tell you that "you need to call so and so...", and not answer you question. And there is only ONE number to call, and I promise that you WILL be sent to voice mail and may never get a call back. It became so frustrating that I would drive to the office if I had any questions because they would not respond to voice messages. I hope Dr. Renato sees this post as I tried to get this message to him but, alas, his office staff "took my message".

    Best Western Plus Flagler Beach Area Inn & Suites - Palm Coast Renee Arnold: Checked in late at night and Tyler was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Bed wasnt too comfortable but everyone has different preferences on mattress types. Pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was average for free Breakfast but Carol did an awesome job rushing about to keep it all supplied and clean. Roseangela checked us out and was very polite and sweet. Will definitely stay here again it was a great price and only 1 1/2 hrs from port to get on cruise. Be nice to people and they will be nice to you!

I really felt listened to, and that my concerns were being addressed. The office was really nice and clean. There were a ton of services on site, and the office staff was really professional and welcoming.

Dr Song treated me for a molar extraction. Tooths crown came off with tooth . It is a difficult extraction I thought. He made it easy ! I admire his skills, bedside manners! He even called me to see how I was doing. I wish all doctors are as good and as humble. They have a great set up. It is very easy to communicate with them!
    George E. Weems Memorial Hospital - Apalachicola Amanda Nagy: While vacationing on SGI, my daughter started having difficulty breathing so we took her to this ER. I felt that all staff was friendly and compassionate and took good care of our girl. The building is a bit dated, but everything was clean. Hopefully we never have to return, though if we do, I know we will be in good hands.
