5 /5 Brian Remington: Easy check in, friendly staff made me comfortable and overall good experience for my outpatient surgery, however I was asked to arrive at 6:00am for a 7:30am procedure and found myself prepped and ready to go by 6:45 then I was left staring at the ceiling for over an hour. I got enough anxiety already folks, I don’t need to sit and wait that long. Thanks. Nice people tho.

5 /5 Thelma Moesker: I went to the Advent Health walk in clinic in Clermont then sent to Advent Emergency and from there transferred to Advent Health Hospital. Excellent care was given, always communicating next steps. The staff from Nutrition to the specialists were kind and always ready to help. No one wants to be sick but if it happens you are in excellent hands here.

5 /5 Beth Maybo: The staff in the ICU is extremely compassionate. My brother was in for a month before he passed away. The care he received was top-notch. The palliative care team was incredible as well. I cannot say enough positive things about our familys experience here..

I wound up having to spend the night unexpectedly after an outpatient procedure and everyone I dealt with from the doctors, nurses and techs were attentive and caring. I was even able to get a decent nights’ sleep. If I ever need to be in the hospital again, I would have no hesitation to choose AdventHealth in Winter Garden.

Dr. Roberto G. Posada, MD - Winter Park Margarita Diez: Dr Posada is an excellent surgeon, an excellent physician. I was 2 weeks in the hospital for a partial small bowel obstruction. He was visiting me every day, making sure I was taken care of. He was on top of everything. He was the only physician that was putting me in IV, liquid diet, then all liquids and eventually advancing my diet to make sure I was going home tolerating regular food. He’s compassionate, listens, knowledgeable, kind, great bed side manners. He doesn’t do surgery if he doesn’t think it’s safe for you. He performed my son’s surgery in 2018 and it was a success. My son was having severe pain in the middle of the night and I called him. He was very helpful, understanding and kind. I really recommend Dr Posada. He’s excellent!

AdventHealth Medical Group Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at Orlando - Orlando Leandia Murphy: Unfortunately, my daughter broke her thumb Sunday. I went to the Florida Hospital Centra Care that evening. Due to the type of dislocation in her thumb he did not have the adequate tools to correct so instead of making us go to the ER this same night I was instructed to see an Orthopedic doctor Monday. I was told to call about 8:15am to request a same day appointment. I called the first time no answer. The second time I called I was placed on hold. When the receptionist came back I explained I needed a same day appointment. The girl asked for my insurance I told her she needed the type of plan. Me being flustered I couldnt remember if it was a PPO or HMO plan but I asked either way can I at least schedule and give the info when I come in? She told me no because she wasnt sure if I needed a referral from my daughters primary doctor. Im now frustrated I say no problem let me call the insurance and Ill call back. I call the insurance verify I have an open access plan no referral needed. So I call back the next girl I spoke with name was Ebony I tell her my insurance she continues to take my demographic info. I realize she asks nothing about which type of insurance plan I have but as we continue the call she asks about my daughters injury and when it happened. I tell her last night. She proceeds to tell me I will need to wait 3-5 days for the swelling to go down so I will be wasting my time seeing a doctor today. They wont be able to do anything? I ask her twice you mean to tell me Im supposed to allow a child to wait 5 days with a broken finger? She says yes. I disconnect the call. I called Nemours scheduled an appointment, got my child seen, she was casted the same day! Im so disappointed in Florida Hospital and their service.

Dr. Archana Shah, MD - Winter Park Deanna Thornton: Dr. Shah has been great! She is very thorough. She takes time to discuss diagnosis and next steps in helping me heal from a post surgery staph infection.

Maitland Primary Care: Bella Dattani MD - Winter Park Max Ogden: I wont take my dog to this place. It has no parking and next to a very busy bar and restaurant. I ended up having to park in the grass in the line way to get to my appointment, and no handicap parking available. I wouldnt even call it handicap accessible. All the doors are extremely heavy. The nurses were nice and seemed helpful and attentive. The doctor on the other hand, was very short texting someone whilst Im trying to tell her what was wrong. Not caring about my injury. She seemed like she was mad at me. I was on time for my appointmen, so Im not sure what was going on. Again, I wont take my dog to this place. Id stay far, far away. This place should have their medical license pulled.

Lake Baldwin VA Clinic - Orlando Yolanda: Last time we visited they still had the strict covid-19 restrictions and lab work was completed outside in mobile units. Today it was a pleasure to walk inside the building with proper protocols and see the newly renovated facilities. Positive improvement and the lab section looks great. Wait time was minimal and things were pretty quiet in terms of patient traffic. A bit sad to find the store lacking merchandise but its part of the pandemic aftershocks. Baldwin is doing good.

Dr. Thomas K. Mahan, MD - Winter Park Michelle Stills: Performed my double hernia surgery and I am extremely happy with his expertise, performance and bedside manner.

Ivan Castro MD - Winter Park Jaryd Mullens: Dont waste your money. The staff are nice but they do not care about you. I could not renew with them because they raised their prices by an additional $500. Dr. Castro called in a prescription for me in December that was good for 6 months. A few days into the new year, I went to get my prescription only to find they had canceled it. No one notified me about this. I even called in to ask if there would be any issues with my prescription before I canceled and was told everything would be fine. Save your money.

Dr. Rajan Kapoor, MD - Winter Park MR Ravi: 5 stars for Dr. Kapoor! He is a 1 man Care team. I have worked with many physicians and had quite a few run ins with doctors but his care that he has provided me is simply Amazing! He goes the extra mile to educate and show you that he does care for your well-being. I am so glad I chose him as my primary care. Thanks Dr. Kapoor

Private Health MD - Winter Park Wayne Elsey: Terrific service. Night and day to the current medical system we are navigating through. Extreme one on one service, proper care and NOT rushed or waiting for hours while they catch up. Friendly team as well that is involved in your care. My wife and I are glad we made the investment to this new way of medicine and have recommended others as well.

AdventHealth Cancer Institute Winter Park - Winter Park Jackie Hardison: I was a patient here & throughout my whole time there, the staff are all so nice & welcoming. Everyday I went in for rad therapy there was nothing but smiles and I love that. Made my time there a little better. Thanks.
