He was very friendly and took the time to listen to my needs, he provided me the number to his PSL location and I spoke to Darnell..again a very pleasant experience. Darnell was friendly and professional and provided me with a very reasonable quote. He completed the job the same day.. 5 /5 Lacy Hilliard: I had a really great experience with the guys at affordable auto care. They are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I am a single mother, and they could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about auto mechanics. But instead, they did an excellent job, for a fair price, and even referred me out to a reputable shop for a muffler repair. I would recommend the shop to anyone.

1 /5 ____________________: Please go elsewhere. Not affordable or honest. I brought my car in due to severe shaking at speeds over 40 mph, which became unbearable at 60 mph. I initially mentioned a possible suspension issue but was unsure of the cause. I dropped the car off on Saturday and never received a call regarding the diagnosis or cost. After waiting until Tuesday, I had to call myself, only to be told it would be ready at 3 p.m. with a total charge of $640. The repair included two tie rods, which I was charged $247 for—far above the typical price range. An additional $90 was charged for an alignment supposedly done elsewhere, $40 to switch a tire to a rim I provided, and 1.7 hours of labor at $120 per hour for a job that typically takes about an hour. Despite all this work, my car still shook exactly as before. When I returned, the mechanic moved a tire, and the shaking shifted to a different area—clearly indicating the real issue was simply bad tires. Instead of identifying this from the start, unnecessary repairs were performed, costing me hundreds of dollars. I explained my situation, including the need for a reliable car for work and my three kids, but I was overcharged and misled. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this shop. Unfortunately, it did not meet the honesty or affordability I expect from a professional mechanic. Avoid this business.

5 /5 Kathleen Ryan: My driver side window would not work . I was sure the mechanism in the door panel stopped working. I called a few places to have it repaired. Brent’s place charged a 100 dollars less than the other places. The repair was was supposed to cost $380. Brent called us immediately after we dropped the car off to tell us it was not the mechanism and it would now only cost 120 to repair. He could of very easily kept the money and said he did the job. Brent was honest and very efficient. We are so happy we found Affordable Auto Care.. Thankyou Brent..

5 /5 Bianca Preston: This place I cant even begin to describe the amazing person Brent is. He was so genuine and very educated and knowledgeable on cars. I got several quotes from different mechanics who tried to tell me the problem was a $1400 problem. (Blown head gasket) Brent sounded very genuine and welcoming on the phone. So I chose to go to Affordable car repair and literally he fixed my car quickly and effectively. I was in a very tight situation. This place is the best place Ive been to in a long time. His auro is unmatched. I recommend his company all the way around. I recommend to just go by there and say Hi to him. Hes such a cool person....
