5 /5 Brandon Roberts: My experience with Caliber Collision was amazing from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and every step of the process was seamless. The office manager/receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through everything I needed with care and professionalism. As someone with no prior experience dealing with a repair service like this, I felt completely informed and supported. Jake went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making me feel welcome to ask any questions. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I’m grateful for the experience I had with Caliber. If I ever need auto repairs again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

5 /5 Jennifer Gravesen: I had a car accident and Caliber was the company my insurance partnered with. I had too much going on to do a lot of research and decided it was just easiest to go with them. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the front desk to the estimate to the repair work. We all know that repairs and insurance are stressful. Parts get delayed. Staff have personal things come up. Work takes longer than expected. My car did go over the estimated window, but communication was clear and I would much rather they be thorough than rush through to get it out of the shop. Unfortunately there was a minor sensor issue I found when I picked my car up after hours (we picked the keys up earlier in the day). We called them the next morning and they got us right in to look things over. There was a minor issue that they quickly resolved and I was in and out. My car looks brand new, is sparkly clean and is working perfectly. They handled everything super kindly and professionally. Highly recommend them for your collision needs!

My service advisor, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable and provided comprehensive customer service. They were clear and honest and followed through, as promised. Plus, I love the full warranty on their work for as long as I own the vehicle.

5 /5 Nancy Morton: Everyone made the car repair so easy. After leaving my car they arranged for the rental company to pick me up. Josh made everything so easy by keeping me informed every step of the way. The car was finished so quickly. They only had it for a week. They did a faulous repair. The car looks exactly like it was before the accident. I picked up the car and they arranged to have the rental car taken back to the car rental. Highly Recommended. First Class Company.
