5 /5 Kevin Gonzalez: Steven, Daniel and their mechanics are great guys! Just did a second repair job with them a day ago, and I can say I am enough satisfied so far with the service I have received from these guys on the 2 times I have visited this shop. The very last job I got done to my car, which was yesterday, was related to an ac issue that I was having in my Chevy Suburban for a very long time now. I couldn’t get a proper / confident diagnose before from other mechanics. Came here and talked to Mr. Steven and he right off the bat could diagnose that my problem was a faulty ac compressor, (*when other mechanics before argued that that was not the problem), situation that sadly made me keep my Suburban with the ac not working properly for a very long time as I was not willing to spend money on throwing new parts that apparently *would not be the problem” like the actual compressor in this case. I am glad I then found this shop and came here! Steven was confident that the actual problem was the ac compressor, and suggested a replacement for the repair with a new belt. I got the new parts, compressor and belt, GM oem, the way I like it, then came to the shop yesterday close to 10am, dropped off the car, and by noon I got a notification from Mr. Steven that my car was ready and with the very good news of my car having an ac and it being the coldest it can be, and oh boy is it cold! My Suburban ac now is colder than it has ever been! And man am I happy about it! If a penguin seats in my car now, it would ask for a jacket, it’s that could! My Suburban even smells nicer now too, which I forgot to tell them! I am confident my issue was the ac compressor as I am definitely noticing a difference in the performance night and day. Time will tell but I am confident the problem has been fixed, and I cannot be any more happy so far. I just wish I would have come here to this shop before to get it fixed, I just didn’t know about this shop, and I am glad I found it, and I feel like it would be my go to shop from now on! I did provide some feedback to Mr. Steven, I went back to the shop to talk to him in person, and he took the time to listen to me, (which is very important for a business), and I appreciate that a lot also as a customer! I, as a customer, I provide feedback to businesses that I plan to become loyal too, and I think that is the way it should be, and that is why I am taking the time to write this long honest review, and when the business listens to their customers feedback that means they care and they are trying to offer a good service that their customers can be happy about and potentially make them become loyal to them! Mr. Steven has been great, he has listened to me, and I can see he cares a lot about his business and I can also see that is why they are so highly rated! So that has been my experience so far, overall I am happy, and I am planing to come back to this shop for future repairs to my Suburban which I am trying to keep in the greatest shape possible and which I care about a lot, and I can see this shop taking the good care I am looking for my car! Because it just isn’t about fixing a problem, it is about fixing a problem with a good clean repair! I appreciate Steven and the whole team very much! Thanks for providing a good service!
