I called on Monday morning (yes holiday week) and explained to Denish that my window was half way down and would not go up or down. (I was already told by someone else that it was the motor & regulator and too be prepared). Denish told me come right over. Tonys fixed my car promptly. They were fair and reasonable with this repair. While they had my car, I asked that they go ahead and change the oil and windshield wipers and they could have said no because they were very busy with other customers that had appointments but they didnt. Small family business and HONEST! Thank you for squeezing me in, I know your shop was busy. I APPRECIATE YOU AND WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE I KNOW Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving.

my channel: My husband has been a customer of expert touch for many years. He took the car in for general maintenance. After the repairs, 2 weeks later, the AC which was previously working well, suddenly stopped blowing cold. We took it to another reputable mechanic shop in town and found that BOTH AC line seals had been removed. This is a classic mechanic money grab by unethical mechanic shops. Once you bring it back, they can easily replace the seals in a few minutes and charge you $100s of dollars and claim the repair was much more in depth. PLEASE AVOID EXPERT TOUCH, WHATEVER YOU DO!
