1 /5 Brian Van Dyke: I was told that this place was one of the best in Ocala Florida that is completely hogwash I brought my vehicle there it was 2 weeks after dropping it off I was told it was ready pick the vehicle up made it halfway to my house and it completely died again then how to pay for a second tow truck to get it back to them then was told my computer was no good so hows the computer reprogrammed at Dodge has the computer put back in the truck it took another 6 weeks before I got my truck back and my truck is worse than it ever was I got every light on my dashboard on I have no oil pressure my truck does not run the way it used to before it broke down and theyre telling me that they did all they could do charge me way over $1,000 in tow truck fees 300 for a computer which I dont believe theres anything was wrong with it because its still doing the same thing and then the top it all off I finally pick up my truck today after its sitting there for 8 weeks and find out that my truck was hit the whole left side of my truck is damaged from front to back call them and they said oh we dont know anything about it ask how to get in the photographs are the damage to my vehicle give me a website or an email whichever send my photos and never hear back from them but this is absolutely the worst place Ive ever taken a vehicle to and talk about communication hahahaha thats actually hysterical if you dont contact them Ill call them you never hear from nobody and then they hang up on you constantly I keep charging you and not doing a damn thing to the vehicle I am literally almost two grand into my vehicle and still that its not fixed its worse than it ever was and now damage because it was hit by another vehicle and I would not suggest anybody going here not even to get a tire plugged thats how shity this place has got to be the worst place Ive ever taken a vehicle to I was just not taking a vehicle here and I would really watch what theyre doing because me and my truck is not even worse than it was when I went in its not damaged from front to back on the whole left side

3 /5 Fenguin: This shop does solid mechanical work. but they also can be kinda hard to get ahold of for updates on the car. also, when i got the car back, they left a ton of dirty car parts in my child’s car seat when they gave the car back to me. including the dirty plastic engine cover that they failed to put back on. i didn’t so much mind putting the cover back on myself.. but putting dirty stuff in my kids car seat.. not cool. (forgot to take a picture of this event.)

5 /5 Tony Robey: Being only a 5 year Ocala Resident , always noticed how Auto Tech on 200 was so clean , organized and very pleasant on the phone. I had and issue with Cadillac, Dave there a Mechanic called me after I dropped off car, explaining everything I ask him too check out for me, more than a Mechanic very smart in making my decision easy. Me being a business owner in Annapolis Maryland before moving here I know how important that is, Ownered a Auto Detailing Business, I did vehicles for Governors, and Senators in Statehouse I knew how Customer service was important. The Staff here was great. 10* for them.

1 /5 Meredith Tabaldo: It was absolutely despicable. The price gouging was just shameful. A broken window motor for an older Honda went from $300 to almost $900. Then, to top it off, they didnt fully fix the problem. Now, we are unable to roll the window down using the drivers side panel. I expected that everything would be in working order for almost $900. Its so hard to find honest people these days. It just breaks my heart and my bank account. lol
