5 /5 Hutto Cassandra “Cassie”: Just had my first visit and it went extremely well. The front office was very pleasant and helpful. They helped with my insurance company to get me right in to see the doctor. The prior place I was trying to get seen at (since Dec of 2024) kept canceling due to problematic scheduling and office staff. It was a nightmare. I havent learned everyone’s name yet but Im sure I will. The Dr is very nice and was helpful, Im extremely hopeful and looking forward to my next appointment

They are prompt in responding to my questions through the patient portal. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. Referrals were handled quickly and efficiently.

I have rarely waited 10 minutes past my appointment time to get in. And as an added bonus, his office staff is wonderful. Heres an added hint. Be kind to people, and they will usually respond in kind.

When you enter her office you are welcomed by the friendly staff at reception and are promptly seen. Her commitment to helping others is seen in her interactions with her patients and you can tell that she genuinely wants you to be as healthy as possible. I have encountered numerous doctors before and the comfortable atmosphere she creates, right off the bat, allows her to get down to what is going on. Dr. Akhtar makes sure you leave her office well assured with a plan which allows you great solace.

Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital Emergency Room - Orlando Jonna Weissenbach: Great experience considering I didn’t want to be there. I broke my arm and tailbone and was transported by ambulance. The staff was superior from checking me in to nursing staff and X-ray personnel. The Dr was great also. Everyone was efficient, compassionate, accommodating. Can’t thank them enough.

Orlando Health Physicians Infectious Disease Group - Orlando Kazzackthuul: BEWARE!! These guys milk insurance. had a skin test done, got referred to these guys, and I show up. they say then need a blood test, give me a pamphlet, and show me out. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 minutes worth of attention. they charge me $500 for this. when I take it to billing. The first time they said they would review it, a call back a week later shows they did not. So now they said the fact that I spoke to the doctor about the pamphlet means its reasonable. Absolutely unprofessional and scammers are the heart of Orlando Health.

AdventHealth Cancer Institute - Orlando kyle corbett: Finally after beating Cancer for five years I have found the needle in the haystack. I met my new oncologist today due to my previous one retiring this new oncologist. Dr. Tremont is unbelievable And always I cannot describe it. He is compassionate. He takes his time with you. He’s a true asset to the Advent Health team. Thank you for your care Dr. Tremont, I’m so happy that you came to the practice. I left my appointment smiling ear to ear. If you’re looking for a new Oncologist, your search is done and I highly recommend this doctor. He did more than any other Oncologist has ever done for me, he spent real time with me and spent over an hour with myself and my wife. He has a great sense of humor, but he can be serious and very professional at the same time once again thank you, Dr. Tremont you are the best Oncologist I have ever met!

Orlando Health Weight Loss and Bariatric Surgery Institute - Orlando Dolly Guadalupe: The doctors and medical staff? 10 stars so far. Im seeing Dr. Teixeira, and he has been phenomenal. Im getting a duodenal switch done, and he was super informative. Dr. Laura, and the nutritionist, Gayle, have also been amazing. All of them get 10 out of 5 stars from me. The office staff, though, leaves much to be desired. Ive been calling since last week to pay the surgeons fee so I can have my surgery scheduled. I was told by one person that only Orlayne can take my payment. Today, Im told that someone else will take my payment and that Id be getting a call back by the end of the day. Its 5:08pm, and I never got a call. Like I said, doctors and medical staff, they get five stars from me. But the office staff leave much to be desired. The customer service is mediocre at best. Im very upset at being told Id get a call back and never did. As a result, Im giving a 3 star review as a whole. If the office steps up their game and sticks to promises, Ill reconsider my review.
