1 /5 Anika Higgins: This was my first time here yesterday to get my eyebrows done after a 12 hour shift. The worker Sara took me to the back she had immediately locked the front door. I was confused on why she did that because my service was already paid for with Groupon in which I told her over the phone when I book my appointment, it just really rubbed me the wrong way since I am person of color and I never experienced a salon do that even working by themselves. Once we was done she demanded I tip her because “she works based on tips” that is what she told me, she never asked me. This is NOT the way to conduct a business, literally to lock a customer inside a salon and demanded a tip was disgusting behavior. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else who visits this establishment!
