Jess Sánchez: If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, don’t expect to be seen at your scheduled appointment time. The staff member responsible for explaining pricing and insurance coverage is unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive, especially when asked to clarify costs over the phone to the primary insurance holder.
During my procedure, multiple staff members entered the treatment area and conversed directly above me, without appropriate masking. This not only violates basic aseptic protocols but also raises serious concerns regarding cross-contamination and infection control practices.
After reading other reviews and seeing photos of non-sterile instruments being used, I was even more appalled. The environment is visibly unsanitary, and my own experience of being exposed to unnecessary airborne contamination confirms these concerns. I will never return to this office and am genuinely puzzled as to how they haven’t been shut down for these violations.
Alejandra Calle: Coming into this dentist office was God ordained!!! By far the best experience I’ve had with a dentist and staff. My teeth were in trouble and everyone including the assistant worked together to make sure I got exceptional treatment all while being pregnant. They went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were in good shape before my baby arrived. They make you feel welcomed and safe and embrace you like family!! Big shout out to this clinic for being awesome!!

Jose Alicea: Today (9/28/2024) after 2 years visiting this Office, Dr Carolina Ospina REFUSED to comply with one (of Two) Cleanings per year , with No Copay included in my Dental Plan Insurance - AETNA, that annually were done by any Dentist in this Office. On top of that, the Dental Assistant (who refused to disclosed her name) was very rude and ordered to get "Out of the Office" .. should be in Video how discourteous she was.
