1 /5 crumb: I would leave 0 stars if I could, DO NOT GO HERE. The lady who did my hair had no idea how to do hair. She ruined my hair completely to the point where my hair was coming out in chunks from the chemical reaction of the hair dye and she was very rough with my hair. They still had me pay full price when I left I was crying. Not a sorry or any type of remorse for ruining my hair

1 /5 Genivieve Sara: Terrible service. Awful haircut. Appt for mother of the bride style requested. There was no stylist around or anyone else for that matter, except the owner, who is a stylist, she had no idea why I was there. Waited ten minutes before she made some calls and had someone come in. The stylist barely spoke English and could not understand what I wanted done. I had to try several times to explain. Said she understood and not to worry. In the end I got something I didnt want. EMBARRASSING! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

2 /5 Tiana Martinez: Made an appointment for a Monday, stylist was almost 20 minutes late. Poor communication, price was almost $200 higher than expected or originally stated. Of all the keratin treatments I’ve gotten over the years, I’ve never had one that burnt my eyes, nose and lungs so badly that I was almost to tears and could not breath under the dryer. I was only given a mask to cover my face and told that’s how the chemicals work. I will not be back, I wish I could turn back time and not go to this salon.
