I was greeted with a smile, a hello and immediately told what I needed to do. Everyone was efficient, professional, and kept me informed. Thank you! They lived up to their mission. Well done team.

5 /5 Annette Hanes: One of my boys had a cut that would not stop bleeding. The receptionist was quick to alert the Dr/Nurse to the situation. They had him bandaged up properly and quickly. Thankful for their quick response time as it calmed us all down. Definitely would go there again.

I was seen quickly, and the care I received was thorough and helpful. Highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of urgent medical attention!

1 /5 KD Bug: I went on Monday for a potential UTI. My office test came back negative. They still prescribed antibiotics and said the culture would come back from the lab in 3 days. I said I wanted to wait to take antibiotics until they confirm I had an infection. I called three days later to see if my results were in. The guy who answered said they were and said he could send them to my email. I asked if he could share the results, he said he wasnt allowed to discuss over the phone. Weird. Then I read the results, and it wasnt clear based on my chart. I did notice however they said I had symptoms I specifically said I did not have, and they stated very specific things appeared normal on physical exam. I did not get a physical exam. The doctor was in and out in 30 seconds to tell me it was normal, and I could pick up my prescription at pharmacy for an infection where the test came back normal. lol. I called back and asked if someone could help me interpret the results so I know if I should take the antibiotics. They then said that my sample had never been sent off to the lab. I am just sharing my experience so the management can fix these issues. I will not be returning or recommending the clinic to anyone. It seems like an insurance racquet with no health "care" involved. I had to make another appointment with a new clinic today to see if they can actually confirm if I have the infection or not. They did say I could drop off a sample today and they would send it off but at this point I dont trust they will actually do it.
