  • The Womens Group - Pensacola nannette hatten: Dr White and his wonderful staff make my most dreaded appointment, feel like I’m among friends!!! They are wonderful! They have my utmost gratitude for treating me so well! Dr White is thorough and very knowledgeable. I love that he asked questions!!!
Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola Primary Care Downtown - Pensacola Faithmarie Camell: This place is the best. Great service! Dr. Celine Gisbert is so great, the best primary physician. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and helpful, and she gives ample and quality time to her patients, and she makes sure your health issue and concern will get addressed and you get taking care of what you need right away. And the staff are helpful and friendly. Thank you so much, Dr. Celine, and the staff. I had such a great experience during my visit. From M. Campbell
Emergency Care Partners - Pensacola amanda johnson: Traveling and my son is sunburned. He rubbed lotion with hand sanitizer on his chest and was burning bad. Stopped in and they had a first aid kit with burn cream available. Fantastic service, very nice staff.
VA Clinic - Pensacola Keith Hugg: Just curious if the Pensacola VA office ever reviews or comments on here. Doesnt appear so, since theres no responses to any complaints. No surprise you currently have a 2.6 star rating. The negative comments Ive read here are true. Lack of timely service, rude, dont answer phones, wait times, never review or approve requests made from an offsite provider that you sent me to for "all my needs". Everything still has to be sent back to your office reviewed and approved BEFORE any treatment plan can be started. Completely ridiculous... Is this the "best" you can do or are you just hiring any lackey off the street to work there. I guess Ill just keep going up the chain until some questions start getting answered... like thats gonna do anything... Complete Joke
Baptist Medical Group - General Surgery - Pensacola K Eli: Great experience. It was very professional and well done. The staff was flawless. I highly recommend Baptist hospital for any surgery.
Davida E. Yarbrough Wilson, MD - Pensacola Sarah Willhelm: Would give zero stars if I could. I pre booked my next appointment when leaving my last one, today 1/20/2025 at 10:40 A.M was supposed to be my appointment. I am a small business owner and keep a tight schedule, I have had this appointment booked for 6 months. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to a full parking lot, walk upstairs and they are closed. I check my patient portal and my appointment has been changed to 2/4/2025 at 3:15. No call to say “we apologize for scheduling you on a day we are closed, can we reschedule your appointment?” They just did it with no notice whatsoever. To make matters worse. I had messaged Dr.Wilson with a medical question 10 days ago, also mentioning my appointment scheduled for today 1/20, so I’m assuming she saw that and realized it was a holiday and had someone reschedule my appointment, ultimately without confirming with me. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be back.
Community Health Northwest Florida Walk-In Care at N. Palafox St. - Pensacola Beth Beth: My first experience with Community Health NW Florida was accompanying my granddaughter for her visit. I’m medical personnel for 50 years. All the medical professionals from the reception area to the Exam Room were polite, professional and thorough. Both my granddaughter and I were very comfortable with her caregivers and are grateful for their excellent care. Our appointment took less than an hour.
Pensacola Pediatrics - Cordova - Pensacola Bojana Decker: I don’t like to write bad reviews and it’s funny when people write “oh dont read the bad reviews” but the bad reviews are as important as the good reviews. And when you read a bad review that means that something happened to that person and it’s important and people should say something about it. I understand that everyone loves this office but trust me they are not what everyone says they are “the best”. I just called to make a same day appointment for my son and they told me both of my kids have been discharged from this office because they haven’t been going to appointments. But we have been patients for only few months. Someone obviously doesn’t know how to do their job. And on top of that the nurse on the phone HUNG UP (I mean how rude is that) on me because I wanted more explanation to why my kids don’t have a doctor anymore. And when I called back they told me it was a misunderstanding and it was a mistake because again someone doesn’t know how to do their job. So, no I would not recommend this place to anyone because this is not the first time something like this happened. Few months ago when I switched my kids to this office my son was sick and I called for same day appointment and they told me they can’t see him because the paperwork for new patients is a lot so they didn’t have the time for that. So maybe this will make you rethink if you want to read the bad reviews or not. And find yourself another place for your precious kids. I will not go back to this office even if they are last in town.
Patrick F. Dial, MD - Pensacola Tonya Gentry: Dr. Dial was extremely nice. He thoroughly explained the procedure I was having and gave me the same reassurance before heading into surgery, so nothing was a surprise and my surgery went smoothly. His office appointment time was also on time which is saying a lot when you go to a busy practice. I was very glad that he was recommended to me and hope if I need general surgery ever again, he will be the physician doing the surgery.
Baptist Medical Group - Gastroenterology - Pensacola Laura Carter: PAIN after a Colonoscopy and call for an appointment and it’s 3 days before I can be seen again…. What has happened to our Health (non care ) system?? So I called a left a VM for the MA on the 11th or 12th in pain. ( they said they have an24 hour callback time) I just received my call back on the 23rd. Possibly because 1 person has the responsibility of 3 different Doctors patients. That is asinine, I was an MA. Very very poor patient care. They got their $ for the procedures they performed, and could care less once it was over. Edit: I left a voicemail, 3 1/2 weeks later I received a phone call back. I plan on finding a new Gastro- obviously, this has way to many patients or just plain ol do not care. Like most in Pensacola
