Tonya Martinez: Very good visit with Dr Morrison. He took time to go over all my questions. Looked me in the eye and explained everything. Michele Bates went over all my appointments. Listened to my needs with sincerity. Followed up with me the next day. They make you feel at ease.Dr Morrisons nurse made sure to accommodate the time I needed for my appointment. Best experience at this office
David: I’m incredibly thankful for this clinic. I have had all kinds of long ignored ailments seen. They seen me for free based on my income. I’ve even had surgery in this clinic and for free. I am always so nice when I go in as everyone there is a volunteer. They also have a pharmacy on site for many meds. Again, I’m just extremely happy someone referred me here. As long as I am within income guidelines I will go here.
Kelly Newlan: I had an initial appointment with Dr. Williams PA-C. I felt she was not invested in what obstacles I am facing. The appointment was rushed through and she did not listen to my concerns and could not be bothered to even look at the medicines I brought to show her that I am taking to try to help my issues. She blew it off. Maybe because they were not prescribed and only vitamins, I’m not sure what the reasoning was. During the visit she let me know that the community of Pensacola has outgrown the services that they can provide and if I needed more time it could be wise for me to look outside my community for help. While this may be true, for someone like me who is desperate for help it was like a punch in the kidneys. That’s just my experience. I am sure she is a good person but as a doctor, I will not be back to see her again.

Misty quickly assessed my needs and developed a clear medical plan that addressed my concerns. She demonstrated a strong knowledge base and worked efficiently—her confidence and capability made the entire experience feel productive and reassuring.
Lady Tee: The medical Asst speaks Spanish and be laughing all loud. As an English speaking patient. I feel uncomfortable because I feel like we are being talked about. The waiting time is horrible too!
nannette hatten: Dr White and his wonderful staff make my most dreaded appointment, feel like I’m among friends!!! They are wonderful! They have my utmost gratitude for treating me so well! Dr White is thorough and very knowledgeable. I love that he asked questions!!!
Faithmarie Camell: This place is the best. Great service! Dr. Celine Gisbert is so great, the best primary physician. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and helpful, and she gives ample and quality time to her patients, and she makes sure your health issue and concern will get addressed and you get taking care of what you need right away. And the staff are helpful and friendly. Thank you so much, Dr. Celine, and the staff. I had such a great experience during my visit.

amanda johnson: Traveling and my son is sunburned. He rubbed lotion with hand sanitizer on his chest and was burning bad. Stopped in and they had a first aid kit with burn cream available. Fantastic service, very nice staff.
Keith Hugg: Just curious if the Pensacola VA office ever reviews or comments on here. Doesnt appear so, since theres no responses to any complaints. No surprise you currently have a 2.6 star rating. The negative comments Ive read here are true. Lack of timely service, rude, dont answer phones, wait times, never review or approve requests made from an offsite provider that you sent me to for "all my needs". Everything still has to be sent back to your office reviewed and approved BEFORE any treatment plan can be started. Completely ridiculous... Is this the "best" you can do or are you just hiring any lackey off the street to work there. I guess Ill just keep going up the chain until some questions start getting answered... like thats gonna do anything... Complete Joke
