5 /5 Keeves ?: The whole crew was amazing. Ive only had my first visit, and I was very nervous, due to prior dentist visits that were... Less than amazing. Everyone from the receptionist, do the dental assistant, to the dentist himself was very understanding. But the hygienist? She was absolutely wonderful. Very gentle touch, she made sure to not hurt me at all, and was incredibly patient. Im absolutely coming back! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Carly: Wow oh wow. I cannot praise ASAP enough. I went back to the dentist after years of no care, nervous and concerned. I first went to Aspen and had a horrific experience with them. I was recommended ASAP by 3 coworkers and I’m so glad I listened. From start to finish, they were kind, attentive, professional, and caring. I ended up being able to get the major procedure done the same day! Allowing me to not miss out on more work and money. They didn’t rack up an unnecessary bill and were honest with me about what needed to be done. I have been suffering for months with my issues and they took care of it right away. Even with me being nervous, they didn’t mind at all. How it should be. My new dentist office for sure!!! Thank y’all soooooooo much. I really appreciate you for your quality service.

5 /5 Sonya Kelly: Y’all let me just tell you about ASAP Dental Care!!! Everyone who had a hand in helping me this evening was super amazing. They were very informative on everything I needed to know and kept me calm. I ended up having an emergency due to a broken tooth. They went over several options and guided me through it all with ease. If you have an emergency please or just need a dentist in genera call ASAP! Also I drove from Waynesville in Georgia, I mean who else was going to get me in on a Saturday? Well ASAP sure did and in a hurry!

5 /5 Ty W: I had a great experience at the 103rd st location in Jacksonville FL. I had an issue with a tooth that required a visit asap. They were able to provide an appointment within 2 hours same day. The dentist gave me a couple of pain free numbing shots to my gums and the filling was completed quickly. I also appreciate the ease and pleasantries the assistant and Dentist provided.

Ideal Dental South Jacksonville - Jacksonville Gerald Davis: I had a filing come out. I hadnt been to a dentist in a long time. Ideal Dental was close by where I live. They were very pleasant and professional. They made it an enjoyable visit. They even helped me understand a tooth sensitivity issue with another tooth. I am very happy to have found them. From the receptionist, to the tech staff, to the dentist, all were very nice. I look forward to going back regularly now.
Harbour Dental Care - University Blvd - Jacksonville Drew Duran: 10/10 I don’t usually say this about the dentist, but my visit here was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any medical office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The entire office is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — you can tell they really care about their space and their patients. Every team member I met, including Wanda, Jack, Rod, and Carlos, was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I especially appreciated how honest and transparent Dr. Jack was with me. He walked me through everything that actually needed to be done without pushing unnecessary treatments, which is so refreshing in this industry. They stayed on schedule, explained everything clearly, and made me feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. I’m so excited to move forward with my treatment plan knowing I’m in such good hands. I can’t recommend this office enough!
Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics - Jacksonville John 13:7: They treated me with personalized professionalism. Its a dentist office and it can suck sometimes just having to be at any doctors office. Its really appreciative when they make it an easy and fun experience. The staff smiles and lets you know everything that is going to happen. They make sure your comfortable and are really good at what they do. My doctor has stay hands and it makes for a quicker and more successful result. Get me good and out of there with me not even feeling like I was there long. I hear stories of a few other places - Im thankful that you make this tuff time in my life am easier one.

Jacksonville Emergency & Family Dental Care - Jacksonville KENNETH SESSION: Great Dental office with friendly staff and warm office environment! Very quick service and attention to details regarding my appointment! All forms were online, so I was about to pre-fill all my information before the visit. The office had all the latest dental equipment which made me feel secure! The cost was a little higher than the average dental office, but the quality was excellent! I would rather pay more for better care and service!

The staff is all very welcoming and professional. I had a deeper cleaning done and it was pain free! The hygienist was very gentle and I had no issues during or after the procedure. I was thankful for the helpful information that the hygienist and dentist shared with me regarding some nuances with my x-rays; Ive never had a dentist provide me with that info before. In addition, the ladies in the front office were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating when some difficulties with my insurance popped up. Overall, I cannot recommend this office enough!

Jade in the front office was great helping me get the details squared away. The extraction process went smoothly! Veronica stayed by my side and was encouraging throughout. Dr. Truong was awesome!
