Keeves ? The whole crew was amazing. Ive only had my first visit, and I was very nervous, due to prior dentist visits that were... Less than amazing. Everyone from the receptionist, do the dental assistant, to the dentist himself was very understanding. But the hygienist? She was absolutely wonderful. Very gentle touch, she made sure to not hurt me at all, and was incredibly patient. Im absolutely coming back! Highly recommend!

Светлана Very good, responsive staff and the only clinic that works on weekends. Thats where the pros end. I came here on Sunday, urgently. The doctor offered to put in a crown without removing the nerve. We paid $2,255. They put in a temporary crown and told me to wait 1 month until the permanent crown was ready. The temporary crown fell out 3 times. A couple of times I almost swallowed it, I was afraid to sleep that it would get into my respiratory tract!!! Now Im sitting in line again waiting for them to put in a temporary crown again, because it fell out again!!! In general, its very expensive and it takes a very long time to wait for the crown!!!

Carly Wow oh wow. I cannot praise ASAP enough. I went back to the dentist after years of no care, nervous and concerned. I first went to Aspen and had a horrific experience with them. I was recommended ASAP by 3 coworkers and I’m so glad I listened. From start to finish, they were kind, attentive, professional, and caring. I ended up being able to get the major procedure done the same day! Allowing me to not miss out on more work and money. They didn’t rack up an unnecessary bill and were honest with me about what needed to be done. I have been suffering for months with my issues and they took care of it right away. Even with me being nervous, they didn’t mind at all. How it should be. My new dentist office for sure!!! Thank y’all soooooooo much. I really appreciate you for your quality service.

Candice Jennings Not a very honest place. I signed up for a "savings plan" which was supposed to be for only 3 months. I was never told I had to call and cancel the plan after 3 months. Why even offer this plan and tell clients this if youre going to continue to charge them well after the 3 months? I just called to cancel and they refused to give me a refund for months worth of payments deducted from my account and I havent even been seen since November. Not good business at all. Be more upfront and honest with your clients and retrain your staff on being 100% honest so you dont have these issues moving forward. Its really unfair.

Denira Bowen I had anxiety about coming to the dentist but they made my experience a pleasant one even with getting an extraction(2 teeth). The doctor and the assistant were very attentive and patient with me throughout the entire process. This made me have a better outlook when going to the dentist. Dr Chen and his Kayleigh were great!

Delilah Harrison I have been going here for 4 years now and every experience has been wonderful! Staff are all so sweet and welcoming, the facility is clean, and the dentist is very knowledgeable. They have worked with me on numerous occasions to help me get the work I need done for teeth in a timeframe and budget I can manage and give me realistic expectations regarding what needs to be urgently done, versus when timing is better for me. All the dental hygienist are so sweet and do a wonderful job. Also, the dental plan they have for people with no dental insurance has been HUGE for me the last 4 years, I finally have true dental insurance and will still continue to use them. I have recommended other friends to this practice and will continue to do so.

Carey Armstrong Dental Center of Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL I highly recommend this dental practice! After a week of struggling with nerve pain, my husband called and scheduled an appointment for me immediately. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. It turns out I need a root canal. What stood out most, though, is that they didn’t pressure me into additional services. They accept PPO dental insurance, though unfortunately, my husband and I won’t have insurance until April. They made every effort to assist with financing options, and I want to emphasize that they didn’t attempt to upcharge. In fact, they did everything they could to help make the procedure affordable, despite our current financial situation. As soon as we have insurance, I will definitely return for the root canal, and we plan to schedule appointments for my husband and daughter to have their teeth cleaned as well. I also want to mention their impressive high-tech 3D imaging system, which I had never seen before. It was amazing and really added to the overall experience

Jennifer Sabarillo A friend recommended I take my five year old here, even though it’s not a pediatric office and I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Bradberry answered all of my questions and concerns and both of his assistants were super friendly with my child. Marisol was the most kind and warming assistant, and you can tell that she is his right hand man. She helped us first and made sure we were accommodated accordingly. We worked mostly with his other assistant, Sue, who you can tell she had a knack for working with patients of all ages. My son loved both of them! Checking in was super easy thanks to Dan! He made sure everything was taken care of to allow for a smooth visit. These 4 people were the standard of great care!

Gary Norris From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out, you are fully taken care of. The front office are very friendly and very efficient. All forms were online, so I was about to pre-fill all my information before the visit. The office had all the latest dental equipment which made me feel secure! The cost was a little higher than the average dental office, but the quality was excellent! I would rather pay more for better care and service!

Lourdes Hamilton Ive been a patient here for 7 years... dont let them fool you. Everything is peachy until you actually are in pain and need to get in to see them. Thats when they dont have availability and dont even make the attempt to get you in when you are in SEVERE pain! Not even after pleading and being placed on hold did they make time. Totally unacceptable and this is truly not good customer service or member retention. Very disappointing! Not the only practice in town.

On my last visit I started having heart palpitations and they were so concerned about me they made sure that I stayed until they were sure I could drive. Carolyn Cassidey Chrissi is the best! I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, and she has never been judgmental (like previous techs I have dealt with at other locations). I have improved my cleaning at home through her simple recommendations and encouragement. She is sweet and checks in on you, and your family and shares her own personal stories. I have sensitive gums, and she makes sure that I am comfortable throughout the cleaning. As a whole, this facility is great- very clean. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. I have been going here for a while. And even though it isn’t super close to home, I make the drive to be there and continue to go there every three months for my cleanings.

David Riley I had a free consult. My regular dentist is recommending rather substantial repairs to my teeth. I needed a second opinion about the best course of action a price for the work to be done. They started with a 3-D x-ray and then an inspection by their head surgeon. It was fairly thorough and he came up with a couple of recommendations about what can be done including a guaranteed price for Each option. I was very happy with the free consult, and impressed with the facility and the transparency of their pricing. Whatever I decide it is going to be expensive and is a little scary being on fixed income. I believe however that they are very good at what they do and their prices are about as good as you will see.

David Stanley I had been going here for about 8 years. Dr. Bennett was worth the drive, even after I moved. He prioritized minimizing pain, both physical and financial. The new dentist, Dr. Soni, couldnt seem to care less about either. Have to replace a crown their office put in and then broke Themselves a year later? $500. No warnings for shots. And flossing so hard it literally pulled my head to the side repeatedly. This office had a lot of 5 star reviews in the past. Expect to see a lot more 1s and 2s from now on.

Marco Kamden I recently went here and Juhi Soni was the dentist that worked on my teeth. She is a terrible dentist who did a crown for me and I have been in excruciating pain for months. When I came back in they were extremely rude and unhelpful. This practice used to be run by Dr. Bennet and he was an amazing dentist and was the reason I came to this practice in the first place. He no longer runs this dental office and I would highly recommend everyone to avoid this dental office due to predatory dental practices.

Rodolfo Barros All the ladies here took great care of me! Im very appreciative. I’m very cautious when going into dentist offices due to previous experiences at other dental places. But I was referred to Greenberg Dental by a friend who’s whole family goes here. Everyone here was friendly and knowledgable. And they showed great care during the procedure and tended to my tooth’s sensitivity. Filling feels nice. They were straight forward with pricing and as of right now everything works with my insurance so I’m very happy! I will update if anything changes in that regard

Helen Motes I had my last visit recently because I am moving. I believe I have been with them for about 2-3 years. I have always had a wonderful painless experience. From the administrative staff Christine, and other lovely ladies upfront to the dental hygienists Monica and Dr. Arrow. They are always accommodating and when I have had an emergency, they were always able to see me right away and resolve my issue. I was always very satisfied with their professionalism and how clean they kept their office. They are all so sweet and I really will miss coming here. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

I love seeing the same people, it gives a sense of familiarity.. and they all know my name. I love the Dentist, hes very gentle great manners and really warm and caring. They explained my treatment plan.. made sure I understood.. relieved any worries made sure i was positively comfy the from reception to departure and their methods while working in my mouth are pain free! I’ve been a patient multiple times now and have started bringing the rest of my family because there is no where else I’d go. The dentist is knowledgeable and excellent working with adults as well as children. The woman up front with the braces (sorry for not remembering your name at this moment!) is an absolute gem too!! She will go above and beyond to discuss pricing, insurance, etc with you so you have a 100% clear idea of what you are paying and what will be happening during your visit.

Billy Dunn I had the best experience with Greenberg dental!! They put in 4 new crowns and the whole process went great. I had to go back this morning because of a possible infection and they handled it very professionally and immediately started a dose of antibiotics! This is the only dentist office I will ever deal with. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The whole staff is great! Very happy with the outcome of the procedure

Miranda This place is AWESOME - from the front office staff to the dentists, and the dental assistants. If you need a root canal, Dr. Hasona is your guy. I experienced NO PAIN during or after. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time, remembered small details about me, and he even made me laugh throughout the procedure! Both him and his assistant genuinely valued me as a person, and not just as another patient. His dental assistant, Frankie, was especially very attentive, personable, and caring. We sparked great conversation that made me forget about the procedure that I was having done. They make a great team together! The staff here deeply cares about each person that walks in. I used to have bad anxiety about going to the dentist; however, without hesitation I have complete trust in this staff. They have made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. :)

Stacy Lee Had a great experience today. I was prepared for two fillings (based on my last checkup) but once he got to drilling, doc said that one was superficial and we would just keep an eye on it. So I REALLY appreciate they don’t drill unless they need to. (It’s unfortunate I even have to say that but it’s become something you hear now.) Doc was also patient while I showed him pictures of my teeth in the morning - I was freaking out that I was losing enamel. Apparently my teeth just get dry at night and that made a couple of old glue spots from my braces become more evident. So he gave them a quick polish to calm my fears. Anna I could see this place getting sued supper quick. I was told they will not do a filling on my teeth that are hurting really bad because I cant afford their expensive extra deep cleaning that the insurance will not cover. I have insurance that will cover the regular cleaning and the fillings but because I wont pay for the extra cleaning they were negligent and told me they wont help me at all. There is no way around it. I have been in pain and it is their job to treat me if im in pain and they refused. This is negligence. If someone wants some money from a lawsuit hit this place up. Check out the dirty bathrooms too and it smells bad in there. *** Update come to find out my insurance would cover the deep cleaning its just the ladies at the front desk lied to me and told me it wasnt covered on top of everything else they did. * Also when I got there they cancelled my appointment without telling me so I had to around and no explanation as to why they cancelled it. This place is a ghetto nightmare.

They know my husband has Dementia..so they take EXTRA special care of him. Are super Super kind and patient. They come up with creative ways to help him understand what they need. The appointments take longer. They NEVER complain. Teresa, Dr. Chavis, Dr. Jung, Jeannette. The other lovely young lady up front with the long dark hair. Super sweet. Honestly..every single person there has been kind. I am so grateful. They provide dentistry from the heart. Highly Highly recommend ❣❣❣

Jessica Rodriguez I have been a patient at the clinic for a while. Yesterday I personally went to try to make an emergency appointment because I have a problem. Unfortunately, the person at the front desk did not want to help me much to get an appointment and the options she gave me did not help me. I have been trying to get an appointment over the phone and they never return calls. Today I called directly again hoping to get an appointment and the one who answered was not empathetic either. She only gave me the option of arriving in 15 minutes, something impossible with the traffic here. I replied in a good way that I couldnt, to which she told me that she was sorry and to try other clinics because she couldnt do more. Very sad that today we have people who are so unempathetic and no humane at all. When I visited the clinic for the first time, I really liked the treatment of the techniques, the doctor and the direct staff, so even though I have retired from the clinic, I continued there and continued with treatments that cost money. They should train the front desk staff to be a little more humane and to understand that the service provided there is not free, the patient pays for it. Very unfortunate but I see myself having the option of moving my dental treatment to another clinic since when I needed this one they denied me the service and they gave me no options even knowing that I was in pain with inflammation. Places with good professionals but the patient-facing staff is not the best. This way they will lose patients.

Linda Costantino This was my first visit to Atlantic Dentistry and I must say it was the most pleasant trip to the dentist I have had in a very long time. Dr. Greenberg was clear and competent. He explained everything completely. He fixed a broken tooth with a crown all in one visit. His assistant Veronica was also very good. I have already scheduled my next appointment.

Daisy Sheridan Hygienist did a great job she was quick. However I didn’t appreciate that my appointment time was changed after it was confirmed without the courtesy of a phone call. A reminder was sent to me with the new time, without even checking if I could make it. Your patients have their own schedules, can’t just assume they will show up when is convenient for your staff.

Greg Smith Dr Murphy and the entire staff at Atlantic Dentistry are extremely friendly and make my visits comfortable and easy. Everything from my routine teeth cleaning and exams thru complete replacement of all my lower teeth has been done professionally and caringly by down-to-earth people who answer all my questions; I know I’m in good hands and trust I’m getting the best dental care I can get. I very highly recommend Atlantic Dentistry and have done so to many of my family members and friends.

She was amazing at answering all my questions while also conversing and being able to put my mind at ease. In addition, I can’t remember the last time my teeth looked and felt so great. Thomas Waltimire U cant give a zero but thats what they deserve my first appointment was on Monday. March 24 at 10:15. I thought an appointment was the time set aside for you but I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. When I was seen they took X-Rays and went over what they wanted to do and they would give me the estimate. The estimate was over 13 thousand dollars and also 60 dollars for the visit today. I paid the 60 and also put down $625 for the future work but then decided to go to another dentist. I asked for a refund of the $625 I paid and was told it could take up to 6 weeks for them to process it. It took them 2 minutes to take my payment. Im retired with a limited income and I really need them to step up and give me my refund. I suggest to anyone go somewhere else
