5 /5 Brenda: I just spent 6 weeks in the hospital and rehab. When I came home I needed many things. Including home health. It seemed like I waa calling the office daily. Even though I had not yet been seen for a follow-up, they made sure every order I told them I needed was seen to quickly. I was never spoke to rudely, or even annoyingly. I am so impressed with the entire staff. Thank you for seeing to my needs so quickly. Also, my home health nurse said she was very impressed at how quickly they signed the order.

The nurse and reception staff are all very accommodating and friendly. My N.P. is amazing though! I was worried when I moved here about finding a new physician but the wonderful staff here has made me feel so well cared for. Im extremely grateful to Ms Kristi and all that she does for me.

1 /5 Kelly Brenner: I love Dr P. But I’m in total confusion over the fact that my primary care Dr is leaving me to suffer in pain over a piece of paper. I’m waiting on a total hip replacement and have done all of my pre op and just waiting for him to sign off so I can get it done. They gave me an appointment for January !!! WTH? I explained that I can no longer walk without assistance of a walker or cane and my pain level is now a 10 so they gave me an appointment with the PA a month out! I can’t walk I’m at a pain level of 10…. What is going on? I just need a signed off . They have all my records of my tests etc. they are NOT performing he surgery for Gods sake! I totally understand now why people get addicted to pain meds. This is the craziest thing I have ever experienced. They ( meaning Dr. P and nurses) the office staff is a whole other story. They make sure you know they don’t care! I’m just in shock of being left in so much pain by my primary care….im totally bewildered at the lack of care this time. In an emergency I know now that I cannot count on them to help me through it. So saddened by the lack of care or concern.

1 /5 Danny Cortez: Im honestly not sure how this place is still operating after how shady their billing is. Id rather drive back down to South Florida while dying before I step foot into this facility again. I was charged over $1000 for a x-ray & sitting in a room for 3 hours; and thats with health insurance. May want to check out another local facility if you need help because this hospital will literally rob you. Should be illegal what they did. Update: As you see, they responded acting like they want to help, but the phone number is a generic office line. Tallahassee Memorial on 79 almost finished with construction. Cant wait to see this Ascension office close.

Emerald Coast Urgent Care - Panama City Beach Ashley Nicole: I traveled from Texas and my son so happen to get sick on our vacation. Setting the appointment was a breeze. I came to the office, they were very quick to check us in and was called back less than 5 mins. My son was seen immediately and knew exactly what he suffers from and treated him appropriately. The staff was very nice and kind. If Im ever back in Florida, this will be my go to place!

Anas Karaman, MD - Panama City Kimberly Jackson: It was worth the wait to get him established as my primary doctor. On my first visit he sat down and spoke to me about my history, my needs and possible avenues for care in the future. It was such a relief to have a doctor actually listen and not rush to the next pt. His staff was also very pleasant! The nurse who took my vitals made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Another great thing.. I didn’t have to wait! They took me back when scheduled which I appreciate so much! I’m so happy to have found a good doctor’s office in this city.

Doctors Memorial Hospital - Bonifay Alyssa Bryden: Just had surgery on 03/07/2024 and let me just say how amazing the experience was. The two girls working with me in Pre-op were so sweet and caring! Definitely made the scary surgery I was having an easy breeze. The recovery nurses (though I don’t remember that much) were also amazing and caring (from what I do remember from them and what my spouse told me). Medsurg nurses were amazing too! One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been to. The staff was amazing all across departments. The hospital food was amazing (considering it was hospital I give it a 8.5/10) never in my life have I ever been treated with this much respect at a hospital. I 100% recommend this hospital if you are having a surgery.

Osama Elshazly, MD - Panama City Suzette Burkett: The front desk staff was so friendly and professional. Dr Osama is the best. She made everything understandable and was very helpful. Very very friendly all around. If you need an immigration doctor come here. I recommend 10/10 ..

Gulf View Medical - Panama City Beach Denny Campbell: Rachael Arnett is the Nurse Practitioner and is very very good. She is very thorough and develops excellent treatment plans. Donna is the receptionist and also excellent at keeping all the scheduling and paperwork straight and we never have an issue. They have moved to a brand new office on Back Beach Road (Highway 98). My wife and I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

TOC Panama City - Panama City Renee C: I was very impressed when I walked in the door.. The receptionists were very kind and professional…. The waiting area was very clean. I was referred to Dr. Dec for pain management. He was very professional and kind. He took time and explained everything to me. When I went back for the epidural he explained as he was performing the procedure I got a little anxious and he calmed me down. I highly recommend him to everyone in need of pain management. His nurse is really Awesome as well! She is very kind and understanding. They are both Great and Awesome people! They both get. 5 stars from me! Thank you both so much for what you do!

TMH Urgent Care - Panama City Beach Kris Skaggs: This place is amazing. From the initial call to see if there was a wait, to getting checked in. very friendly and helpful. Hardly any wait to be seen, vitals checked and recorded quickly. My daughter was seen by Nick who performed a thorough physical to get an accurate diagnosis. He noticed her phone case, which depicts Jesus teaching his disciples and asked what it meant to her. He then politely asked if he could pray over her to which we said without a doubt absolutely thank you to TMH for having such a wonderful, thoughtful, caring, and professional staff.

Hope Regional Cancer Center - Lynn Haven Stephen Lester: Dr. Murshed is beyond terrific. He is in my top 3 providers that Ive ever had. He is patient while guiding you through treatment, with kindness, while being affable. The whole staff is marvelous and helpful!

Pediatric Associates Panama City Midtown - Panama City Roseanna Grimsley: We have been seeing doctors Derek and Jessica for a few years and they are just absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. So thankful we found them after trying a few other pediatricians in town. The nurses here are kind, patient, and gentle with my kids every time. I know my children are in good hands and are receiving top notch care at every visit. The office uses an app (Healow) which makes communication and scheduling appointments a breeze, be sure to ask about it at your next visit if you are not a fan of the call-center.
