5 /5 Mark Sparks: I want to think John for his work. Hey everyone this is a real customer, and John gets the job done correctly and quickly. I have a 2003 CLK320 that is now needing new parts. I have been to other mechanics and gotten the runaround. They say it could be this or that. They try to fix the problem, then say now this is wrong and needs replacement. John does not sugar coat anything he understands we need our vehicles and most of us have budgets. He is always fair, knowledgeable, and quick in his repairs. I am amazed that he can hear a noise in the engine and tell you what the problem is.
