1 /5 CoSo Adjusting: I wish I could give "0" stars. I took my truck in to get warranty work completed. My truck ended up needing a whole new engine. The shop prolonged the warranty work out for 3 months and by the time we got our truck back, we had severe body damage which we ended up having to go through insurance and have insurance subrogate against the shop due to the attitude and unwillingness to work with us. We also found screws from the engine laying under our windshield wipers and found that to be odd, so we took the truck over the a local Ford dealer for an inspection to make sure the engine was installed correctly. All wiring and hoses were installed incorrectly. We also found the radiator was broken and a temp repair was attempted, so it wouldnt leak (never there before). We also found a fresh pack of cigarettes and a greasy rag tucked deep in the engine bay.. We ended up having to take this shop to court and fight to cover the repairs needed after E&K worked on our vehicle. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.. Stay as far away as possible...

I will be back and will absolutely recommend me these guys hands down. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here.

Josh Chaiken: Had an oil change done there, they were super nice and the and helpful and got it done pretty quick while I waited which was nice. My only criticism is it was a little pricey for a basic oil change, it’s even less expensive at the dealership but I understand and I like to support local businesses anyway. Will probably go back to them if I need anything else, being super friendly and honest goes a lot further than just the price. Thanks for fitting me in and getting it done quick.

Velocity commissioned a full rebuild of my 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Engine increased from a 3.4L to 3.8L. The rebuilt engine in now bulletproof. I highly recommend! I had my second oil change after engine rebuild. The engine is powerful and perfect. My car is turning heads! I am a Velocity customer for life.

We called and ,first of all, these were the first mobile mechanics to answer and say they would help. They went to AutoZone, arranged to have us pay for a new alternator and then rolled up and replaced it in 30 min. Super nice, smiling the whole time. Very professional. Wonderful experience! We were beyond impressed. I wish I could give them 12/5 stars!

Anna Malone: After my car was towed here following an accident, I discovered all of my personal belongings had been stolen from the vehicle by the driver of the tow truck. The front desk employee promised to follow up but never did, despite multiple attempts to contact her. Two weeks later, I was told my car had been sold at auction without any notice. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied access to any further information. I am pursuing legal action due to the theft and mishandling of my property. This business needs to be shut down.

His pricing is also absolutely fantastic as well. He was willing to send me videos of what was wrong with my car and even show me in person. Also knowing my car had an issue with my window not being properly sealed, brought my car inside the shop to prevent rain from getting in during the storm. I also asked for extra advice about some issues I wanted to fix on my own and he walked me through it. He got my car in and out quick as well. The whole ordeal was fast and efficient. I honestly cant say enough good things about him and his shop! Ive never had a lot of great interactions with shops but he set a new standard that I dont think can really be beat. If I ever have another problem, I know for a fact Im taking it back to him!
