Very fair and reasonable pricing, they did not charge for anything other than what they did or try to scam me. The front desk personnel was incredibly sweet and they even dropped my car off to me at work when it was done since I did not have a ride until after they were closed. The mechanics were knowledgeable and fair and I will be returning for anything related to my car.

1 /5 Zach Denney: 2005 Silverado, NV3500 manual trans. A1 did not fix the aft transmission seal leaks but in fact made it a lot worse. Another trans. shop has since told me A1 refilled my manual transmission with automatic transmission fluid.

The front desk employee promised to follow up but never did, despite multiple attempts to contact her. Two weeks later, I was told my car had been sold at auction without any notice. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied access to any further information. I am pursuing legal action due to the theft and mishandling of my property. This business needs to be shut down.

His pricing is also absolutely fantastic as well. He was willing to send me videos of what was wrong with my car and even show me in person. Also knowing my car had an issue with my window not being properly sealed, brought my car inside the shop to prevent rain from getting in during the storm. I also asked for extra advice about some issues I wanted to fix on my own and he walked me through it. He got my car in and out quick as well. The whole ordeal was fast and efficient. I honestly cant say enough good things about him and his shop! Ive never had a lot of great interactions with shops but he set a new standard that I dont think can really be beat. If I ever have another problem, I know for a fact Im taking it back to him!
