1 /5 Beatriz Medina: After getting a fresh refill with gel, two of my nails broke the very next day—while I was still at the salon. I was already unhappy with the service because my French tips weren’t turning out the way I wanted. The broken nails just made things worse.
When I called to ask about getting them fixed, I was told there would be no charge. However, when I went back the next day, they still charged me for the repair. On top of that, after applying acrylic to the broken nails, the technician didn’t even buff them out properly, leaving them uneven.
Overall, I feel extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.
