2 /5 Mary Miller: I was called at 7:30 am on the morning of my appointment to tell me the had several cancellations. I was offered several times. I took the 3pm. My original appointment was 4:30. I got there early at 2:30. I was not seen by the dentist until 4:30. I was taken back right away for the X-rays then put in exam room for over an hour and a half. They shouldnt have changed my appointment if they couldnt see me earlier

1 /5 Joe First: The dentist and nurse that worked with me were great. Its the customer service that I found absolutely terrible. I made an appointment and got there at the right time, and finally got called in 45 minutes later. I had a 10-minute consultation with the dentist which went well and when it came time to book an appointment, he says someone will be in in a minute. Sat there for another 45 minutes, I finally got up and got them to agree to call me when they can make an appointment. A full 2-hour experience for a 10-minute consultation. I kind of hope they dont call back. Ive had better experiences renewing my drivers license.

5 /5 Samantha Dolch: The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had to get teeth extracted. And I was having bad anxiety. They walked me through different routes to move forward with the extraction. The dentist (Dr. Manuel Acosta) that preformed the extraction was very friendly and welcoming. He preformed a very quick extraction what was painless. I highly recommend this office! Thank you so very much.

4 /5 Jim R: Excellent staff and Dentists all around. 5 out of 5 stars for their care, compassion, and skill. I plan on returning to Aspen for all of my ongoing care. The only reason I give them 4 stars is the outrageous ‘finance’ options I was offered while there. 35% apr, even though I have a near-perfect credit score. If you have insurance and don’t need a credit plan to get your dental care, then I recommend them highly.
