Christine Eddings Yall. Yum. Food was delicious, service was excellent, and atmosphere is comfortable. A beautiful trifecta of a lunch experience. We had fried pickles, Phish sandwich, shrimp tacos, and Phish fingers, all with hot crispy fries! I. EVEN. ATE THE.COLESLAW. YALL.. I dont eat coleslaw. Eat here. Do yourself a favor and come with other people so you can taste their food, too and make plans for your next visit.

Vince My wife and I stopped in for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. Service was great. Food was excellent and plentiful. My wife enjoyed her Bloody Mary and my draft beer was nice and cold. Prices were as expected and within reason. It has kind of an Applebees type feel, but with much better food. Well be back...

Showed up 5 min early 45 minutes later I had to ask when was I to be seen no one had even spoke to me other then the district leader that said Someone will be with you when i arrived. Took me back then informed me the dentist is a tell a doc I went to see the dentist i was so angry drive 45 minutes to find out no dentist . District lady was there did not even care I had this experience . Dont go there

Mary Miller I was called at 7:30 am on the morning of my appointment to tell me the had several cancellations. I was offered several times. I took the 3pm. My original appointment was 4:30. I got there early at 2:30. I was not seen by the dentist until 4:30. I was taken back right away for the X-rays then put in exam room for over an hour and a half. They shouldnt have changed my appointment if they couldnt see me earlier

Joe First The dentist and nurse that worked with me were great. Its the customer service that I found absolutely terrible. I made an appointment and got there at the right time, and finally got called in 45 minutes later. I had a 10-minute consultation with the dentist which went well and when it came time to book an appointment, he says someone will be in in a minute. Sat there for another 45 minutes, I finally got up and got them to agree to call me when they can make an appointment. A full 2-hour experience for a 10-minute consultation. I kind of hope they dont call back. Ive had better experiences renewing my drivers license.

Samantha Dolch The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had to get teeth extracted. And I was having bad anxiety. They walked me through different routes to move forward with the extraction. The dentist (Dr. Manuel Acosta) that preformed the extraction was very friendly and welcoming. He preformed a very quick extraction what was painless. I highly recommend this office! Thank you so very much.

Lynn Fletcher Dr.Harvey is professional and very competent he explained everything I needed to make an informed decision . I’ve had crowns replaced and most recently an infected molar extracted. The extraction and bone graft were painless. I’m currently in the process of getting an implant to replace the molar. I highly recommend this practice, the office staff , dental tech’s and hygienists are excellent. They respond promptly with any questions or concerns. I never felt rushed in any decision”s a concerning my dental care.

L A I never was nervous of the Dentist until I watched that stupid Movie "The Dentist." To make it even worst, I saw the sequel and became petrified of going to the Dentist. lol I recently needed two teeth pulled that had crumbled to the gums. You cant imagined my fears and anxieties. There was no way around it! It was imperative to see a Dentist. I just relocated to the area and didnt know anyone. However, I saw Dr. Shaik at Amazing Smiles in Lake City, Fl. I can honestly say I went in with a lot of tension but Dr. Shaik made it the most pleasurable experience I had ever had seeing a Dentist. I had a tooth from both sides of my jaw that needed to be extracted. I immediately began to relax after not even feeling him numb my gums. He was so gentle and he took his time I didnt realize he started yet! Before I knew it both teeth were extracted and I was in shock when he said he was done! I feel so lucky to have found him and will establish him only to be my new Dentist! I no longer have a fear of getting the work I need done! Thank you Dr. Shaik. You are an Amazing Doctor working for Amazing Smiles!!❤️ I highly recommend Dr. Shaik and his wonderful staff for all your needs! I promise YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !!

Caladawn Beltre Worst dentist. Please dont go to this guy, he is a crook. They charge you 3x as much as anyone else, and just the exam...which is the dr sticking his fingers in your mouth for literally 3 seconds..not even sitting down, will cost you 149. No joke. I had a small chip in my front tooth and didnt need any xray, which they took 1 pic of it. Then the dr. Leaves the room and sends the girls in with a bill for $1080.00! I had this same work done in south fla last year for $215. No way..I will not be scammed by this guy. Save yourself the trouble and frustration.

Brittany Leet Best Dentist in North Florida hands down! Dr.Roman and his staff are simply put, AMAZING! I am a very busy person with an even busier schedule. The girls at the front desk are amazing with scheduling and ALWAYS getting me in (on my time at that) they are kind and always smiling! Dr. Roman is very thorough and always goes above and beyond the call of service -even after hours with emergencies,he actually cares about you and contacts you back as soon as he can. Talk about customer service! He is very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Dr.Roman and his dental assistants. Eric Bamberg Nope, never again. Disorganized and over billed. Did nothing. Went in with a tooth ache, asked for a full evaluation and to come up with a plan for all that I need now and in the future. Only X-rayed two teeth, then the dentist came in and tapped the tooth that hurt, she then told me that it hurt. Gave me two pieces of paper with referrals to have the bad tooth pulled or a root canal, still in pain here. Was told before going in that with my insurance the cost would be $50.00, charged me $113.00. just got another bill for $21.00, said insurance would not pay, nothing they could do about it. Nope, never again.

Dennise Jean Hi, I am a former patient of Dr. Demmi & former Published newspaper photographer as of today.. I do NOT’ …recommend going to this dentist office at all …. I I had a teeth cleaning in January with no problems. She was a temporary hygienist today at a scheduled appointment for another cleaning. I was evaluated by Jesse hygienist, who told me that I needed a deep cleaning yet none of this was brought to my attention back in January to prepare for a deep cleaning. I don’t appreciate being told that my insurance will only pay for 1/2 of the mouth to be done and then other half of the mouth to be done. That’s not true. I called my insurance. And was told that my whole mouse could be done at the same time then I was given the reason that well because of the numbing when I had a deep cleaning previously, I had no numbing. I don’t like needles, especially stuck in my gums unnecessarily so I suggested that I just do no numbing and get my mouth done all at once however, then I was told no, we don’t have an appointment time slot for .. I don’t appreciate the way I was handled by the staff and it’s a shame that I’m in charge of my own mouth and I don’t recommend Dr. Demmi staff. Dr. Demmi is a good dentist. I did not want to leave him per se however I was forced to due to the staff and Jesse the hygienist, she should not implement enforcing someone to get a deep cleaning if they don’t want one she should’ve forwarded me to another hygienist and she is my understanding. I asked to view her credentials yet did not get any of that so I found another dentist/orthodontist and I’m very happy that I made this decision… also, I asked for Dr. Demmi or manager to call me back so I could get my medical records yet that was never done so I had to keep calling with the phone, not being answered finally, the fifth attempt someone did answer and I have my Raey sent to me… this office visit today needless to say will stay with me for the rest of my life. I’m glad it’s over and I don’t ever wanna look back at that place. That’s just my experience never had a problem until today with Jesse. & staff… so long Dr. Demmi and good luck with that. Jesse can tell her rehearsed fresh out of school splinter story …all she wants.. She stands corrected.. Oh and I need not mention the fact that you can tell Dr. Demmi was not even in the office during all this commotion and being badgered & being lied to by his staff, I also got my insurance company on the phone, which corrected their lies as well.. Jesse will bring that company down along with the staff that seems to be either under the influence of something, and also there was a pile of garbage in front of the office as well. Js TRUTH ! Let’s see how Dr. Demmi does with his standings this time next year. If Dr. Demmi were in the office that time I’m I wouldn’t have been surrounded by a pack of coyotes and Way I felt. So much I even cried it was absolutely pathetic. I am glad that I have found somebody that is not only a dentist, but an orthodontist as well and I am treated with respect. Just be careful who you let in your mouth I’m happy that things turned out this way because there’s no telling what Jesse may have done to my teeth and I do have a beautiful smile that I would like to keep. Mari Victorius I started going to Dr. Demmi close to 20 years ago. When my kids got too old for their pediatric dentist, I took them here. I’ve not once had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and respectful, and there is never a long wait in the waiting room; you’re in and out in no time. The young lady who did my last cleaning is excellent at her job and so gentle that I did not need any numbing gel like I used to. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

Jessica Williams After being treated so badly by Shands doctors, I was really afraid and hesitate about seeing another specialist. I’m happy and grateful that I made the decision to come here. The doctor, as well as the nurses, listened to me and took the time to run the tests to see what was really wrong with me. Something that Shands refused to do for years. I thank all the staff here for being amazing staff. I appreciate you all.

Judi Lambert Had a terrible experience with Dr. T. they over flushed my IV and left me in pissed clothing waiting for my transportation to arrive for over an hour and they did the upper GI 3 times before sending me to a specialist. However I have now seen Dr. D and he is amazing and gets right to the matter of resolving the issue not just treating the symptoms.

Riot The Red Fox HORRIBLE SCHEDULING. Called for an appointment and they were able to schedule me in about a week. Then comes time for my appointment, they called the same day to change the time. That was fine. I agreed to the new time. Then later called again to change back to my original time, which was right away. I was not ready, still I said OK give me a moment I was driving I had to hurry home and change. Now, I set alarms for appointments because I will not remember otherwise. Since I was called in my vehicle I had not gotten the chance to set an alarm. As Im at home getting dressed my alarm for the second appointment time I was given goes off. S***!! I call to make sure thats okay before I rush out the door as after all that is the time they gave me this morning. Nope. Cant see me. Nothing available now for weeks!! After I had already waited! I told them I can still come in, that we are 20mins from my scheduled time.. I am close by. Well they said the dr wont even be there.. That she isnt there after 3 or 4 but yet they scheduled me at 4:40?? I hoped Id be able to at the very least come the next day but no. I have to start all over. Asked to be on a wait list and scheduled for next available but then went online and found a gastro with availability as soon as tomorrow so I went ahead and canceled. Already going through enough stress and dealing with these symptoms any longer is not an option. Save your time and make the drive out of Lake City!!

M T Dr. Massaro is an excellent oral surgeon. He is very professional and communicates the surgery details well. In addition, he is a compassionate human being. The surgeon’s assistant, Brooklyn, is also great. This is a very well run Dr.s office. A 5 star experience this month and last month visiting the office.

Brandi Walker This place is amazing! I was scared to death to have a broken wisdom tooth pulled, but every person I encountered from the moment I walked in the door was kind and showed genuine concern in putting me at ease. The doctor was wonderful and clearly gentle because aside from the hole where the tooth was, there’s no indication I had a tooth pulled. Zero pain or bruising. The IRL experience was way better than the one my imagination invented.

Dr. John Batlle & his whole staff would certainly confirm that I am a scared, nervous, & super anxious 71 yr. old dental patient due to extremely bad dental experiences between 1958-1963 as a child in Illinois. I can’t lie & say I still don’t have anxiety but Dr. Batlle always takes the time necessary to assure me he will be right there with me & I don’t have to be afraid. Thank you Dr. Batlle & your entire staff for your patience, kindness, & understanding.

Mickey McGee I could not believe the message on my phone. "Hi, this is Dr. Batelle. I am just calling to let you know you did a great job today and make sure everything is A-okay." In addition to the great office staff, the effort to make your visit comfortable, the pain free treatments, there is actual follow up by the dentist himself. He even left his personal cell number in case I had any questions or need to speak to him. Who provides service like this anymore?? Best dentist, best staff, best service. Do not go anywhere else.

Tuesday Brown Have called repeatedly for numerous weeks never reach a human have left messages no one calls back. My palms primary care has even reached out to try to get me an appointment. Im not even sure this place even exists. My advice try to find somewhere else.

Sami Freeman Great dentist and great staff!! At the end of January I had an accident which chipped my two front teeth. They got me in first thing in the morning. I wasn’t 100% happy with the color so I went back and they made sure before I left I was happy. Cindy is wonderful! She worked really hard to smooth out any little bumps I felt before I left. She also helped my dental anxiety; she was very understanding. My teeth feel so much better and I’m happy with them! 10/10

Perry Cole I have a morbid fear of dentists from a childhood accident. Dr Reeve and his staff treated me with such compassion. His anesthetic technique was very smooth. He extracted a very difficult upper wisdom tooth so fast. I really couldnt believe it. I was so relieved, I almost cried. So , do I recommend Dr Abramen? YES !! With no reservations. Terrance White The staff and desk clerk is rude. They act like they hate their life and it’s a problem to be talking to you. They have you sign what feels like a million pieces of paper. One of which they DO NOT explain or call out is that they are out of network for literally ALL insurance companies. Meaning standard check ups and procedures that should be free or less then $100 is costing my family $300-$400 we don’t have. Please don’t go here, spend your money elsewhere.

Wendy McClure Just had my teeth cleaned yesterday and I have to say everyone from the time I walked through the front door Greeted me with a smile and immediately was taken back to a chair and the dental hygienist and I talked about my teeth and she was awesome in cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays and then talked over dental plan with Dr. Randolph I was very pleased with the care and the dental plan. I highly recommend this dental office. They are the bombdiggity!!

Holly I would have liked to have gone here as I was referred by my dentist. However, this endodontist (a specialist) requires a scan that is sent off to yet another specialist and is not covered by insurance. Almost $300 out of pocket to walk in the door only to have the need to pay for some other specialist to interpret the scan. Glad hes helped others & theyre happy but the initial process is a scam.
