She took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and she was so patient and caring while handling everything. Patti the hwas also amazing, providing excellent explanations and performing her role with great care.
However, I had a frustrating experience with the woman at the front desk with curly hair. When I made my appointment, I gave my insurance information, but it seems there was some issue with it that wasn’t flagged initially. While Margarita was working on my teeth, a woman came in and told me there was a problem with my insurance. She made it seem as if I was lying about it. I had to leave the room and go to my car to retrieve my insurance card, and the way she escorted me to the door felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, almost like I was being treated as though I had done something wrong. When I came back, the attitude continued, making me feel embarrassed, ashamed, and guilty.
The treatment I received from her lingered until I signed my receipt and left. It was unfortunate because the rest of the experience, especially with Margarita and Patti, was wonderful. I hope the front desk staff’s behavior is addressed to ensure a better experience for future patients.
