The office is spotless and modern, equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology that immediately inspires confidence. Appointments run right on time, and the entire staff—from the personable technician to the professional dentist—makes you feel comfortable and informed. The dentist clearly explained my options and respected my ability to make decisions without any pressure. I especially appreciated that my treatment plan was displayed on the screen for easy review, and the payment details (including what my insurance covered) were broken down with full transparency. That level of clarity is almost unheard of in the medical field, where surprise bills are often the norm. The only downside is getting there—thanks to the typical Kissimmee traffic on John Young Parkway. But once youre inside, the experience is worth it. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Willy L: I am amazed and very happy to have found ATA Dental online as was researched by my daughter seeing they had 5 star reviews. My first visit with them caused me to return. The front office receptionist staff is so professional, kind and friendly when you first enter after getting off the elevator. The rest rooms are so clean as well as the office. You could probably eat off the floor. Dr. Santiago is absolutely a professional. The way she carries herself and demeanor you can hardly fine in this day and age. Prior to her working on you, she explains everything in detail, there wasnt any pain while working on your teeth. Im due to return but I like the afternoons and Dr. Santiago doesnt have a scheduled afternoon until the month of May. I am willing to wait just to see her. Sue and Jen (Dental Assistants) Pam, Melissa, Axel (Receptionist Front Desk Area). All complaints to them are extremely out of this world. If anyone is seeking dental help, Google them and you wont be sorry.

I worked in Dentistry for 25 years, and would like to think I know a great practice when I find one! Dr. Joseph Ata took great care of me! The Dr. and staff were both professional and caring. We have definitely found a new dental practice for our family, and we will be recommending them to all our family and friends!

The crown prep visit was totally pain-free, and the temporary crown felt so smooth and natural that I couldn’t believe it wasn’t the real one! Even more impressive — they had my permanent crown made and ready within 7 days so I could get everything wrapped up before heading home. The second visit was just as comfortable, with no pain at all. Dr. Ata is a dental crown specialist and clearly a master of his craft. The office is clean, welcoming, and equipped with the latest dental technology. The staff is warm, engaging, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. 5 /5 Shannon Dewandel: They were able to accommodate me next day for an emergency visit. Very modern, big and clean office. Dr. Rodriguez and her Assistant were very personable, professional, and kind and so were the other staff I interacted with. Thank goodness they confirmed it was nothing serious and were able to send me home with treatment. Also, I had very little wait time even though the office was busy. Overall I was very impressed with this office!
