PHILIP RINE Overall, it was very productive. But I was told when I asked for a toothbrush that they ran out and my appointment was at 11 am. So, I was shocked and disappointed when they told me that. In the past, they made sure you left with a toothbrush, a small tube of toothpaste, and a small roll of dental floss. I figured that is just a small gesture of gratitude for the 20-plus years that I have been a patient there.

khalid essouhi Extremely unprofessional experience. They canceled my appointment just 15 minutes before it was scheduled, with no real explanation or apology. When I asked to speak with the office manager, the front desk staff simply said, "she’s not here," and didn’t offer any help or solutions. The front office was disorganized and dismissive — definitely not the level of care or professionalism I expect from a healthcare provider. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyon. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this practice.
I arrived for my first appointment expecting a professional, welcoming environment. Instead, I was turned away without being seen, simply because the office claimed they were “not prepared” for my visit—despite me following their booking process correctly. At no point was I informed that submitting records in advance was required to even be eligible for care.
What’s more disappointing is the response I received after raising this issue. Rather than acknowledging the oversight or showing any accountability, the office shifted blame to me and went on to lecture me about how they are "not like other practices" and how care in "other countries" may be different. Frankly, that kind of tone felt unprofessional and patronizing.
Every patient deserves clear communication, respect, and basic courtesy—regardless of the practice’s philosophy. Unfortunately, my experience reflected none of those values. I hope they rethink how they treat new patients in the future.
