5 /5 Sherry: Everyone was at Aspen Dental was very nice and professional. The Staff explained everything in details of what they were going to do and asked me if I had any questions. They were careful while doing my treatment and made time for every other treatments I need in one day. I was greatly impressed and no treatment wasn’t rushed. I loved that.

The dentist is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to go to this location for any dental work

5 /5 Trina Wilson: Dr. Ivan was the kindest to help me with my 92 yr old Dad when his bottom dentures were lost at the Rehab and my dad could not eat. I walked in to make an appt. And i saw him walking in the office but the staff was busy. I asked if I could speak with him. He walked out to the lobby to hear my story of my Dad without hesitation. He immediately made the appt. For the same day!! He even did the impressions and set up for the next day fitting and by the 3rd day some temp dentures!!! I cannot say thanks to this Dr. Any more times for his kind heart and patience. This is truly why people are in this profession. Its s Talent and an Art. Thank you Dr. Cueves Ruiz and your staff. YOU HAVE MADE TRULY A NEW PATIENT WITH MIRE TO COME!!!

Not only did they fit us in, but they were also able to complete the necessary procedure that day, which was such a relief. Fiorella at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and the dental assistant, Loly, was so sweet and caring. Everything was clearly explained to us, and we truly felt welcomed and supported throughout the entire visit. Coast Dental - Kissimmee Carter Beasley: Good dentists office. Overall had a positive experience while in the office. What is not good is their scheduling team. I went to coastal dental many years ago, and at some point, i’ve moved back to texas. And at some point, while living in texas, they scheduled me for an appointment to which i did not consent to and shocker, i missed the appointment. Then, they had the balls to fine me $30 for missing the appointment to which i again, did not consent to and several months have gone by, and they are now threatening to take me to court for not paying them that exact fine. Brother, YOU scheduled me, i’ve called many times and you still wont take it away. Terrible scheduling team..

I went in when they opened at 7:00am explaining all my tooth problems and current emergency. Mary at the front desk is wonderful getting me in immediately. The cost of all my procedures is way out of my or anyone elses budget. She told me about the discount account they offered. I got discounted prices on everything and an credit limit to help thru it all. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during a root canal! Everyone is great there but Mary went above and beyond for me and my situation. I recommend all Greenberg Dental locations. My children are patients of an Orlando office. This is my 4th location and my loyalty holds strong. Thanks Greenberg Dental!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and I hardly had to wait at all (I did have to take time off work so it was in the middle of the day, but thats common for other doctors appointments). They’d already verified my insurance, and they clearly explained the upfront costs so there were no surprises. The oral surgeon and the staff made sure I understood every step of my procedure, and their thorough explanations really put me at ease. They asked if I had any questions, which I did and they answered them all. Ive been to other clinics where they assume they know best and start treating you. With the complete process, I was in and out within two hours and back on the road before traffic. I had a follow-up appointment and everything was healing perfectly. Im glad I did some research before selecting this office. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch oral surgery care.
