5 /5 Sherry: Everyone was at Aspen Dental was very nice and professional. The Staff explained everything in details of what they were going to do and asked me if I had any questions. They were careful while doing my treatment and made time for every other treatments I need in one day. I was greatly impressed and no treatment wasn’t rushed. I loved that.

The dentist is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to go to this location for any dental work

5 /5 Trina Wilson: Dr. Ivan was the kindest to help me with my 92 yr old Dad when his bottom dentures were lost at the Rehab and my dad could not eat. I walked in to make an appt. And i saw him walking in the office but the staff was busy. I asked if I could speak with him. He walked out to the lobby to hear my story of my Dad without hesitation. He immediately made the appt. For the same day!! He even did the impressions and set up for the next day fitting and by the 3rd day some temp dentures!!! I cannot say thanks to this Dr. Any more times for his kind heart and patience. This is truly why people are in this profession. Its s Talent and an Art. Thank you Dr. Cueves Ruiz and your staff. YOU HAVE MADE TRULY A NEW PATIENT WITH MIRE TO COME!!!

1 /5 Oresha George: Went in to for an examination over 2 weeks ago due to a toothache, was given a breakdown of the cost for the recommended treatment plan and nothing else. No prescription for medication for the pain until I could be given a surgery date after the fact of telling me I had an infection. Called 2 days after for a follow up since I was told that my insurance was accepted they just need to speak with a manager since they need an override to accept me to the facility since they had stopped accepting new patients. Called back 2 days after was told the person I need to speak with who was suppose to call me back the following day after the appointment was on lunch. Never reviewed a call almost 3 weeks later. Left to find a new dentist after having my insurance card change over primary care to that facility.

1 /5 Julia Fridrich: DECEPTIVE PRICING: my mother went in for a regular cleaning and the dental hygienist suggested deep cleaning. The first price came in at $1100, then it went down to 700 because apparently they said my mother had a $400 credit on her account, then it the final estimate went to $558, and then it $1200 (If they added antibiotic into the gum, which you absolutely have to, if you’re going to be doing this procedure). So my question is why is it 558 for the work but $700 for the antibiotic injection into the gums? Why is the antibiotic more expensive than the actual deep cleaning? This sounds incredibly fraudulent. And this is not the first time that they have played loose with payments and pricing. I would definitely avoid this organization.
