They always tells me what’s wrong and how much it’ll cost before doing anything, which I really appreciate.

Edward I Nelson If you own a German car, this is the only place to have it serviced. Auto Critic specializes exclusively Mercedes, BMW and all the great cars from Germany. Its a small boutique-like facility, not a big factory. And Mike, the owner and expert mechanic oversees every job, so you know its going to turn out great.

TMB man M Extremely happy. Jay and Estie were very professional up front with charges, communication was excellent. I’m a very busy person every time I texted Jay with any question he would answer as promptly as possible. I was told when to bring the car and when to pick up and no changes were made I like that. Head mechanic Estie was detailed explained the process and why, they delivered in every aspect. If I need mechanic services again ( I hope not) I know where to go. Highly recommended

Amber Summers True angels here!!!!! I brought my car in for A 21 point inspection in preparation to sell my car and they offered me the best service I could imagine! They went over every part under the hood and showed me everything, put the car up on the lift so I could take pictures of the underside and didn’t charge me extra when I didn’t need an oil change. The customer service was top-notch and I highly recommend coming here!

Steven Helper I have had many mechanics in the past. I have been going to Carlos now over 2+ years and even though I live in boca I will not go to another mechanic. He fixes what needs to be fixed and doesnt touch anything just to make an extra buck like other mechanics. This comes from someone who owned a car dealership for 3+ years. I know how typical mechanics will charge you by the hour plus add money on top of the price they get for the parts. He very honest very reliable and will provide you with wonderful customer service and take care of you and the car. If youre someone who is worried about finding a mechanic trust me he is your guy.

Ian M First time here. Got 4 new tires and it was a great experience. Ed and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable, personable & honest. He ran me quotes for 3 different brands of tires and was happy to do so. As we all know car repair shops can be a nightmare, but this was the opposite. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them with confidence.

Both times they were completed on time and at the exact price quoted. Which pricing is the best around and I dont plan on taking my vehicles anywhere but here.
