1 /5 Morgan: Ive never been so disappointed in someone I went to leave a review but here I am. The pedicure was fine, nothing wrong there, but the customer respect is what Im here for.
On Saturday at 445pm (they close at 6p) I come in for a pedicure, asked if it was okay first because we were about an hour from closing. Everything was fine.
I left at 530ish, get home and realize I left my water bottle there. Its not a little bottle. A hydro flask 64oz $85 dollar bottle including straw. This has been with me from continent to continent. I was SICK. When I realized, they were closed so Id have to wait til Monday because theyre not open on Sunday.
I left at 530pm Saturday and called at 10am Monday, first day theyre open, and they say it is missing, no one has seen it. Maybe the cleaners came Sunday but they dont have it.
The store closed 30 minutes after I left and no one was there until Monday and within an hour of opening I call and its gone. They took my number, called later and told me it was gone. "I saw it when you left I remembered it but idk, its gone now" and I sent my mom over to get my REFUND as she said she would credit me for the bottle but they gave me a gift certificate to their store.
Not only do I not have my bottle which is 1 foot tall and 6 inches wide and weighs 6 pounds its not like it just rolled away... But they think I can buy a new 85 dollar bottle with a nail salon gift card?
I take responsibility, I shouldnt have made the mistake of leaving it there but I did, we all make mistakes. Weve all lost something and prayed someone would find it and do the right thing.
I lost that sentimental item and I was told by two separate people that the saw it after I left Saturday, they closed and werent open in the interim and upon return its missing so heres a free nail painting for your troubles. Whether they took it or their cleaning service took it, its way too big and heavy to just disappear and since yall like to play games with people I will at least let everyone know that theyre very friendly but heartless and lazy.
No camera check, no actual money returned. 30 second camera review could have shown were the bottle went.. 30 second call to the cleaning service. Instead you sat on your hands and showed youre a Company that doesnt care about their loyal customers. Not 1 but 3 people spoke to me and no one cares. Pathetic effort. Very disappointed.
