1 /5 Heather Osteen: I called the morning of and confirmed my appointment time. We arrived 30 minutes early as requested by the staff. As I was signing in the receptionist was rude and said that she sent a text to someone else saying they wanted to reschedule my son’s appointment. I was told their call center that makes their appointments aren’t able to confirm appointments and I had wasted an hour trip to see them. I will not be rescheduling and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. This place is dirty and the staff is awful. It needs to be SHUT DOWN!!

5 /5 Jennifer Turner: Never been here before. Called with an emergency and they had a cancellation and was able to get me in the next day. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The dentist was very welcoming and caring. The dental assistant,Mrs. Kapresha , was unbelievable. She was very sympathetic to my situation and went out of her way to try getting me the help I need (they dont do root canals at this location). I thanked her so much and her response "I love my job", and you can tell she really does. An absolute amazing human being. We need more people like her in the dental field. I will recommend this place to anyone.

1 /5 Kristin Murphy: This Office is in joke the staff upfront are hateful and nasty. I had called two weeks ahead of time to make sure that I can bring my four-month-old. The lady who answered the phone said yes that’s fine. I get here today so my scheduled appointment and I am turned away at the door because I have my son with me. I explain to The woman at the front desk that someone had told me I could bring my son she had no time to hear me and me explaining that I had drove an hour to get here. This place is not even deserve one star The nastiness in the waiting area that I seen just from walking in there was terrible there people hanging out outside laying on the ground it is distressing.

Carolyn Marie: The first time I went to this Dentist back roughly 30 or so years ago, I had a horrible swelled abscessed tooth that cause a lot of pain. I remember Dr. Vandyke get up and started to leave the room, I grabbed his lab coat and begged him to not leave to please pull it. He shook the pan and showed me my tooth! Unbelievable. I had moved and lost track of Vandyke Dentistry until I saw the name on Google while searching for a dentist, Not sure anyone isnt a bit nervous about getting a tooth pulled, but my fears went away when I saw this office was still operating. I canceled the appointment with a dentist I thought was the least expensive. But after being very nervous because the last time, that dentist broke a tooth pulling a tooth. Guess I hung on too long to that loose tooth because of that experience. I got a next day appointment with Vandyke and was shocked to find out it was a little less than the ones I called around to. I have cancer of the throat, Dr. Vandykes daughter, I had the privilege to meet yesterday, was a dentist now, she listened to all my concerns attentively and gave me the shots that I didnt feel but one. WOW! So once again, when her Dad pulled that tooth, I never heard crunching or cracking because there was none. Pain was minimal to say the least. Over the years I have told people about this and they cant perceive a tooth being pulled could be like this. It is, and I would recommend him and his daughter to anyone. Ive had another good experience much later in life. You should too. Dont hesitate to call and get your problem teeth taken care of before it causes more damage to your health. Thanks to the Vandykes for listening to all my health problems and making this problem so minimal. Its not been 24 hours yet and theres really been no after pain. April May: I cant believe that I wasted all of those years at those other dentists. Dr. Day has restored my smile. My teeth are much healthier than before. I am thankful for her and her team. Some of the best dentist/doctors do not always talk easy, but you cannot deny their expertise/work. Logic over matter.
