1 /5 Will Zaldivar: I paid for a CAD ( computer aid design) for my product and spent thousands over a year for my parts, their plasma cutting matching broke and they stated they could not afford a new one, I asked for my CAD back to continue my business elsewhere, they stated even as I had paid for this service they would not return this CAD file, you can simply email it or zip file it and return, Rob one of the owners stated they keep all CAD files, they have no use for this file as it is specifically for my product, my receipt has no stipulation from them that this is their property, now I have to pay hundreds of dollars again for something that is my property and they simply have no use for and will not return. As a business owner for over 20 years I find this unethical and ignorant, in my business customer service is extremely important and the customer comes first, unfortunately, B and M do not follow fair practices. DO not do business with this company as you might pay for a service and not get what you paid for.

I have 5 cars, 3 of which are Muscle cars that I will only accept top level work, and I want only the best for my cars. It is for those reasons I am loyal to Brain at Bednars auto repair. I have 3 dozen or more receipts from the shop over the last 8+ years I have used them. Brian has done every from putting in a new transmission, installed a Holley Sniper EFI system in two of my cars, fix rear axel problems, new 4 wheel disc systems, AC and a myriad of other repairs on my cars. He is the best in town, and is honest, unlike some other shops in town. I know him well and he knows my standards, and he always calls with the estimate prior to conducting repairs. Net, net he is class act, and I have full confidence in the work he performs.

I wish I had taken the truck in to Jen & Shawn first at Affordable A/C.The problem was found right away and Jen communicated with us via phone calls and updates. The trucks A/C has never worked this good in 12 years! They have all my Auto Air Business from now on. If you have Auto A/C troubles look no further. This is the place. Thank you Shawn and Jen . Excellent Job! Now I dont have to spend $60,000 on a newer Ford F-150. If I can only find a Concrete contractor to do drive way work this easy in Ocala, Any suggestions? He advised my battery is past 5 yrs old and that is pretty much the life of a battery so I had him replace it. Bruce was the best! It’s nice to know you can go to nice & honest people to help take care of you & your vehicle.

The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. In my opinion they went beyond the call of duty to get my vehicle serviced, at a very reasonable price, so I could make it to an upcoming appointment. As I waited for my vehicle I observed the staff going out of their way to get parts and services for their other customers vehicles. They really care about their customers which I found very refreshing. I would highly recommend this business to anybody who needs repairs or services for their vehicles.

Not a Reliable shop at all better off calling a mobile tech to do the work they try to do. Not professional service as expected folks.

Raymond Carulli: First time customer, Mercedes Benz had an air suspension failure, was quoted $2300 to replace both rear air bladders. Picked up the car next day and charged $1595 and told I was given a discount because the job was completed quickly and without problems. Dealership price would have been at least $4000. Never met these folks before, and I have no dog in this hunt.
