David Ray We met this family at the Christmas parade due to the adjacent company being very rude while we were trying to find somewhere to park to watch the parade. They kindly allowed us to join their sitting area, park in their parking lot, and offered us food. Just based on their kindness alone, it must say a lot about how much of a honest repair shop this must be. I have never felt more welcomed by strangers in my life.

Justin Swafford Absolutely amazing work they do here! I just wanna say that Eric and his team crushed the game of being a mechanic. I have been to 4-5 mechanics in Florida and none of them could have helped me better than these guys! They were on top of it and got my Mazda 3 fix in the amount of two days prior of be bring it in. They fix my time if chain. Not just that but they also help me and gave me new serpentine belt, spark plugs and I also have a connector broken and they still got it done before I got home from work that week. If I have to say you need work done for your vehicle. They can do it all. Thank you Eric! I promise you’ll have be back all the time for any car issues!

Yvonne Rosario We took our 2001 Dodge Ram for service, and it had been giving us rattling noise & vibration issues for a few months. Noel and his team were phenomenal. We dropped off the truck at 830am, and within approximately 2 hours or less, Noel had called to advise what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. We agreed, and they proceeded to repair our truck. To our surprise, I received a call the same day that the job was completed and our truck was ready for pick-up. WOW!! What service... We are impressed with overall service, repairs performed, pricing & customer service received. Definitely gained a repeat customer. If youre looking for an honest mechanic shop, look no further!! Kimberly Reynolds I have been using this shop for years and have sent people to this shop. My experience on June 4th was to say the least "disappointing". When I called and scheduled appointment I specifically asked if shop could handle adjustable ball joints, I was told "yes we can". This shop apparently (after yesterdays experience) cant. 1. Your shop had to "figure out what to charge extra to do proper alignment". Not told to me when I made appointment. 2. If a tire shop that does alignments cant do adjustable ball joints (not to mention the lack knowledge your alignment staff had of how adjustable ball joints work) then maybe dont mislead customers that they can do it. I dont do this as a living and have a basic understanding of how they work at least. 3. This has totally blown my confidence in this shop and staff. 4. I feel I was lied to when I made the appointment, and grossly overcharged (was charged an extra hour on top of alignment cost, but only took about 15 minutes) for the staff having to take time to formulate a plan of action to solve the staffs lack of knowledge. 5. Your shop has joined the mentality of corporate owned franchises in my book. All about profit and screw the customer.

Each customer is treated with respect and given the details of the repair needed and costs in advance of doing any work. The Parker Tire team is friendly and professional. I would like to give special shout-outs to Chuck and James who both have helped me recently with regular car maintenance and needed repairs. Again, it is always done in a friendly, respectful and professional manner. You wont know if you dont try this team of auto techs. Jennifer Gray A/c & spark plugs done. A little costly for just plugs... But I needed to get it done. However fantastic service, Ivan my tech. Chuck and his wife were very helpful and theyre very knowledged @ what theyre doing. Well be returning!! First time There so Im giving it a 4 as my experience grows with them more than likely I will change it to a 5 cause the environment and the welcoming was great. Very courteous people... honest, Thats hard to find everybody wants to rip everybody off nowadays. I appreciate honesty And communication. Recommended to go there to get your vehicle fixed they know what theyre doing. To my surprise Chuck Handed me the history of the Maintenance of the car. That was very helpful I didnt know there was a way of doing that. Thanks chuck

Chris Candreva The folks at Pals were great to work with! Our daughter had a trip and fall (clumsy like me, tripped over her own feet). It was no fault to anyone at all, just simply a kid being a kid, but yet they were supper attentive to her, bringing us ice packs, ice pops, band aids, etc. they were very worried about her, and that showed us the good type of people they truly were. they got our car right in, diagnosed and gave us an estimate and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. They had our car back to us the very next day, working great. I felt the price was very fair for the market, especially with the amount of work that needed to be done. Very stand up business, no BS, and gets the job done! Will be our new go to auto repair facility. You can’t go wrong with taking your vehicle here. Thanks again!!

Justin Dobbs Clinic! My car’s AC went out right in the middle of this summer heat wave, and they got me in quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. The team was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. They had my AC blowing ice cold again at a reasonable time, and the pricing was fair with no surprise charges. my channel My husband has been a customer of expert touch for many years. He took the car in for general maintenance. After the repairs, 2 weeks later, the AC which was previously working well, suddenly stopped blowing cold. We took it to another reputable mechanic shop in town and found that BOTH AC line seals had been removed. This is a classic mechanic money grab by unethical mechanic shops. Once you bring it back, they can easily replace the seals in a few minutes and charge you $100s of dollars and claim the repair was much more in depth. PLEASE AVOID EXPERT TOUCH, WHATEVER YOU DO!

Nancy Meagher Took vehicle to be checked top to bottom..cost around $1500. Had to take to Ford to get new tires...they discovered that air filter wasnt changed out. When I called Taylor they said they must of missed it. Kind of makes me wonder if there was something else they missed. ☹️

Spencer Harris Well, Ive finally found my go-to shop after a long search, and this place is hands down the best in town. Michael and his team are exceptional. Even if youre not mechanically inclined, they take the time to explain everything clearly. There are no surprises at this garage; they detail exactly what theyve done and promptly inform you if any additional issues are discovered. The pricing here is not only reasonable but also transparent, and the turnaround time is impressively fast. I brought my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 to them, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle now. They did a fantastic job, and Im already looking forward to having all my future repairs done here.

Kyle Notley If your looking for honesty out of a mechanic you can find it here. I dont know the first thing about cars. My brakes felt like they were going out, something was wrong. I took my car to Darren and told him I need new brakes or pads or whatever he suggested, and left my car in his care. He could have easily replaced something and I wouldnt have known any better and been happy with the bill. Instead it was a minor cleaning and for barely nothing, I was on my way. Brakes are fine now. Ill be back to Darren for anything and everything in the future!

Ive been to many other garages that have seriously overcharged me and didnt even get the job done right. At 10th Street, Ive never had a single issue with bad work and the price is always fair.

Corey Ando I’ve been coming to these guys since I moved to Ocala in 2023 and I have to say how much I appreciate being their customer. I’ve brought 3 different vehicles to them that they could have sold me everything and the moon on for replacements on but instead they gave me helpful options and honest opinions. As someone who has worked in the automotive repair industry for multiple years, I have to say how rare it is to find a caring repair center that are not salesy, rude or don’t have time for you. These guys are the pros. They care about what they do and their customers.

Jamie Johnson They are amazing! They have helped me out several times now when I needed my car fixed right away. Most recently was July 3rd when I was broke down on the side of the road and nobody would even look at my car until the Monday after the holiday, then I called My Guys!! He said he would do his best to get me back up and running that day even though it was already afternoon. Sure enough around 6pm my vehicle was fixed and I haven’t had any issues since. They have also helped me out in similar circumstances 2 other times. It’s extremely difficult to find a good honest mechanic but My Guys are the best and I highly recommend them.

One Hung Stud I brought My SUV to be serviced three times there. Always had a great experience. Jim McGraw, the owner. He’s a pretty cool guy too. Seems to Have a great Mechanic. He has been there 41 years. You don’t stay there without a good reputation and tons of repeat customers. That’s what keeps the doors open. I would highly suggest taking your vehicle there. Andy Grosh Kermits fixes cars that everyone else (including the dealer) say are not able to be fixed. He does amazing work with electronics in vehicles. This type of work isnt cheap (parts and equipment necessary for the job are expensive), but Kermits is less expensive than the dealer, and you know that your are getting treated fairly. Highly recommended.

Chris Riccio I have lived in Ocala for 15 years. I have used 3 other major shops in the area. I have 5 cars, 3 of which are Muscle cars that I will only accept top level work, and I want only the best for my cars. It is for those reasons I am loyal to Brain at Bednars auto repair. I have 3 dozen or more receipts from the shop over the last 8+ years I have used them. Brian has done every from putting in a new transmission, installed a Holley Sniper EFI system in two of my cars, fix rear axel problems, new 4 wheel disc systems, AC and a myriad of other repairs on my cars. He is the best in town, and is honest, unlike some other shops in town. I know him well and he knows my standards, and he always calls with the estimate prior to conducting repairs. Net, net he is class act, and I have full confidence in the work he performs.

Nick Ramirez In my opinion this is the best automotive repair shop in Ocala. The work is excellent and the prices reasonable. Brian Bednar is a very honest and trustworthy man. While servicing my car a tiny scratch was made in the bumper and Brian let me know about it and offered to paint the bumper. Most shops would not have told you anything much less offer to paint the bumper. I will never go anywhere else for repairs. That right there tells you a whole lot about Brian Bednar.
