James Brian: I brought my wife to this urgent care at 8:00pm Sunday evening because she felt dizzy and faint. She thought she was going to pass out. The check in counter rep did fine by getting us seen quick, but the first nurse my wife got to see was absolutely horrible. Very condescending and rude to my wife’s needs. My wife finally said something about her attitude and the nurse said; fine I will leave. And left her in the room with me. About to pass out. I could t believe she just left her. I did say it was bullshit when I asked her if she was really leaving. Next thing we’re being interviewed by security. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! The rest of the team did fine, but have some compassion for each patient individually and get rid of the unprofessional nurses!

Brandi Spencer: I am currently going through having cancer and this office has been the absolute BEST!!!!! Especially the office manager Andi. She calls me every couple days to check on me she is helping me fight for my health. I can call anytime and she helps me through taking care of whatever I need done. Being told you have cancer is the hardest thing a person ever has to hear. BUT this office has made it a little easier. The people and the doctors do not just treat you like another patient on the books. They treat you like family they truly care about you and what you are going through. Im only 28 years old being told I have cancer but this office has made me feel better about what I am going through because they truly care. This is the best place you could possibly go! I could not be more grateful for them during this hard time.
