1 /5 Nancy Quinones: I went yesterday around 7:30 am, after the night before I found a nod at my neck. First, your system went down and the receptionist told me she didnt know how much I have to pay or it was covered from my Ambetter, then they call me immediately. It was something a few minutes from 8 am. The nurse was so helpful and polite. She placed the cuff on my arm to check on my blood pressure and the equipment to measure my heart. After she finished, a few minutes after 8 am, she told me that the doctor was coming shortly and left. It took the first 15 minutes, 30 minutes 45 minutes, 1 hour!!! Nobody came to attend to me, and there was only 1 patient in front of me. Tired to wait, gently, I did remove the cuff from my arm and the tape from my finger and left. Nobody reached me out, nobody asked me anything. I will call my insurance to see if you dare to bill them for services that I never received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY EMERGENCY TO NOBODY. THEY DONT TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE PATIENTS AND ITS A SHAME BECAUSE THIS IS A NEW HOSPITAL AT THE AREA. BAD START DOING BUSINESS.
