1 /5 James Brian: I brought my wife to this urgent care at 8:00pm Sunday evening because she felt dizzy and faint. She thought she was going to pass out. The check in counter rep did fine by getting us seen quick, but the first nurse my wife got to see was absolutely horrible. Very condescending and rude to my wife’s needs. My wife finally said something about her attitude and the nurse said; fine I will leave. And left her in the room with me. About to pass out. I could t believe she just left her. I did say it was bullshit when I asked her if she was really leaving. Next thing we’re being interviewed by security. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! The rest of the team did fine, but have some compassion for each patient individually and get rid of the unprofessional nurses!

1 /5 Nancy Quinones: I went yesterday around 7:30 am, after the night before I found a nod at my neck. First, your system went down and the receptionist told me she didnt know how much I have to pay or it was covered from my Ambetter, then they call me immediately. It was something a few minutes from 8 am. The nurse was so helpful and polite. She placed the cuff on my arm to check on my blood pressure and the equipment to measure my heart. After she finished, a few minutes after 8 am, she told me that the doctor was coming shortly and left. It took the first 15 minutes, 30 minutes 45 minutes, 1 hour!!! Nobody came to attend to me, and there was only 1 patient in front of me. Tired to wait, gently, I did remove the cuff from my arm and the tape from my finger and left. Nobody reached me out, nobody asked me anything. I will call my insurance to see if you dare to bill them for services that I never received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY EMERGENCY TO NOBODY. THEY DONT TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE PATIENTS AND ITS A SHAME BECAUSE THIS IS A NEW HOSPITAL AT THE AREA. BAD START DOING BUSINESS.

1 /5 Olivia LeGrande: While waiting to be seen, a clearly sick 2 year old was fussy in the waiting room and the security guard thought it was okay to tell the mother she needed to quiet her child down or she could leave. Very unprofessional considering this is a doctors office. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do better!

You helped me feel better and your compassion and empathy goes a long way. Im starting to feel sick again but pushing through keep up with the good work. Please someone tell her the guy with chronic pancreatitis thanks her so much for the help and compassion and the time she listened when it was busy.

Brandi Spencer: I am currently going through having cancer and this office has been the absolute BEST!!!!! Especially the office manager Andi. She calls me every couple days to check on me she is helping me fight for my health. I can call anytime and she helps me through taking care of whatever I need done. Being told you have cancer is the hardest thing a person ever has to hear. BUT this office has made it a little easier. The people and the doctors do not just treat you like another patient on the books. They treat you like family they truly care about you and what you are going through. Im only 28 years old being told I have cancer but this office has made me feel better about what I am going through because they truly care. This is the best place you could possibly go! I could not be more grateful for them during this hard time.

andrea guillen: Doctor Cuevas and the other doctors are great. The service is just horrible you. I always come 10 minutes before my appointment and we dint get seen till more than 30 minutes or more after our appointment time. It’s a constant thing low staff.
