3 /5 Alexander Zimmer: Nice office and friendly staff for the most part. The financial person there is very pushy when it comes to patient procedural needs. Asking my wife if she was the financial decision maker and implying she can make decisions on her own. It’s none of your business and if you have to know we’re a family and we discuss large expenditures like $5,000 dental work before proceeding. It’s a turn off to hear things of like this come from this office. One person being pushy on procedures like this in the office can leave a bad taste.
I am not sure anymore if they are recommending procedures like this because they want money or because it is the best interest of the patient, I am thinking it’s the first thought. Either way, I am going to be cautious moving forward with things they are recommending and recommend that others not commit to anything while in that office. Nothing wrong with taking a day to consider or even getting a second opinion.
To add, there is no proper follow up in this office. There has been numerous times I have heard, we will give you a call or will follow up with this, and no action is taken.
