1 /5 Vitalie Sapteboi: Had to call them to resolve a billing issue. I got some lady on the phone who said I would be getting a callback once she speaks to account manager. I provided them the number to call back and I didnt get a callback. I then called back again after a few hours and was told to wait for a call back. I asked the person to read back the phone number they had for me, and it was a different one. I then told them had I not called back, this would not have been resolved. Person was cutting me off to a point where I had to raise my voice and call her out for bad manners. Not once, but twice! Lets see if this time they actually get it right and actually call me back!!
