Unfortunately it seems like their volume of patients has become far too much for them to handle with grace and it’s turned into patients getting treated as numbers on a sheet instead of human beings. I would advise looking elsewhere if you want a hands-on team that truly cares about finding you solutions quickly.

    Christine Niehsen: I had a cerebral angiogram with Dr. Guerrero from USF neurosurgery department in Tampa General. He was awesome. I was scared very scared. He made me feel ease and his team also was great. They talked to me during the procedure. He talked to me after the procedure and then he came up to my room, and talk to me there as well. I am very thankful for him. God forbid I need another angiogram. I want him to do it.

    lady urquijo: Terrible medical service, they do not send medical tests, a different Dr always sees them, they write what they want in the medical history and not what they are informed about, my son has had irritable behavior for months and they only know how to say that it is normal, I had to search a specialist for My account because they are not even useful for giving referrals, but they do charge the health insurance as if they really worked and only know how to deal with Tylenol and Motrin. No one is responsible for sending laboratory tests.
