Demetri was able to get my car in to be reviewed very quickly and did a great job of wrapping things up at the end. Juan was very thorough and honest in his assessment of the car. If I lived in the area I would definitely take my cars to Brothers to be worked on. Thank you for a great experience!

5 /5 Mikah Collins: I’m beyond thankful I found Bay Brothers Automotive to work on my vehicle. I have an older ford f150 that I was having numerous diagnostic codes with. After my usual shop said they were able to figure out the exact cause other thank electrical, and unwilling to fix the issue, I began searching for a local shop that could work on an older vehicle and its electrical issue. This is when I found Bay Brothers. Arriving early for my appointment, I spoke with Juan, and he listened to the issues I was describing. Juan told me he’d seen this numerous times and was 99% sure he knew what the problem was and it wouldn’t be an issue for him to fix. Juan looked into the culprit of my problems and later that day confirmed the issue was what he suspected. He talked me through the work that would need to be done, the timeframe, and the cost. Not only was the price to repair fair, the vehicle was ready to pick up before I anticipated. I can’t recommend this shop and their staff enough. I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else from here forward. Thank you Juan and the team!

I feel the cost of the part was a bit high, but Im not really sure what the standard markup of parts is these days. I do recommend them for their fast professional service and 2 year warrantee on parts and labor.
