Nikki Truman BEWARE!!! Do not trust him!!!! Richie took full advantage of my trust. He approached me in a parking lot, promised a great repair and told me to trust the process when it wasnt perfect. He told me to wait a week and then wash it and it would be perfect. I was stupid and paid him $1000. It was worse than before he started it with fingerprints and paint on areas that were not affected. I had to pay someone else to resolve it. They only charged $400. Ive asked for a refund but he has only promised $150 refund that never came.

Tara Holmes Long story short- I had a couple of issues that happened one after the other- with my 2020 Audi Q5- same issues coming up. They did not hesitate to address the concerns and make good of the situation. They were honest, reliable and kind. Noticed my new windshield wipers on my backseat and asked to install them while they were working the first visit and got me to work after dropping off the second time at no charge. Honest guys I plan to keep working on my car in the future and recommending their services!

Brittney Schwan I came here this past Monday to have my 2008 Honda Civic looked at regarding it not starting and to get the door handle on the driver side fixed, my father in law recommended this place and Im glad he did. Great customer service and reasonable prices, my car was ready the next day. Just give them a call to see how soon they can get to your car as they are busy, all in all I will definitely be back should my car need anymore work!

Aleda Reilly Took my son‘s truck there to be repaired. They said it needed a bushing for the gearbox. 300 and some dollars later we go to pick it up and the check engine light is on along with a little wrench. We tell them about it and they put some oil in the car. It’s still on and they said well it just test a cycle through. They are south of Gandy. My son is up in lutes and he barely made it home. All the lights are on and blinking. I wouldn’t take my scooter to these people.

Richard Fox I was working on my Honda Civic 07, and one of the bolts stripped off from the back of the power steering pump, and it was leaking underneath, so I took it to CAM Auto Repair, and the team replaced the bolt and put in 2 new O-rings and helped me learn how to fix it if it ever stripped again. Dakota not only fixes problems but also shares knowledge and expertise on the process of bolt extraction. Customer service is top-notch! Friendliest automotive business I ever dealt with. Mark Brown I brought my car in for a strange noise coming from the engine. They told me it was a minor issue, charged me a hefty amount, and sent me on my way. A few days later, the noise was back—worse than before. I took it to another shop, and it turned out to be a serious engine problem that should’ve been caught earlier. Total waste of time and money.

Michelle Nunemaker Mr Willie is knowledgeable and honest, and the 2nd one is hard to find now days. We took our Nissan Murano into a place of business bc the ac was blowing but hot. This place quoted us $1200, Willie said we just needed Freon and charged me $80. Tampa is blessed to have Willie and team close. Thank u Willie.

Rebecca R I have brought my car to the Lutz location quite a few times. The are SO HONEST, kind, reasonably priced. Their shop is so clean, snacks and drinks.... and provide car service to my house. Impeccable service every single time. I have to bring my car in for a possible suspension issue and know its in great hands. My mom has switched from the dealership to them. Shes been there a few times and loves them! Theyre so good to her.

Rachel Martin I went to a Ford dealership for an oil change and they told me that I needed new rear brake rotors and pads and quoted me a price that seemed really high to me. I called Honest-1 Auto Care for a rough estimate over the phone and it was significantly less than what the dealership wanted. So I took my car to Honest -1 and they confirmed that I needed them replaced. I ended up deciding to replace both the front and rear brake rotors and pads because the total cost was only a little more than what dealership wanted for just the rear. I made the appt online easily as they had many options to choose from and they took the car into the bay within 5 minutes of my appt time. They gave me a estimate of how long it would take and I received a text when it was done right on time as they estimated. Overall, a very good experience - Willie was very helpful and explained everything. I would definitely go back to Honest-1 if I ever needed other services done again. Thanks!

SanCar Webb My experience at Christian Brothers Automotive exceeded my expectations. I brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection to diagnose my “check engine” warning. The whole process was excellent from the greeting, check in, shuttle ride, and cost estimates up to and including the checkout. I have found my new automotive care place for my car. I highly recommend them.

Dave Clean place, no TV in waiting area which is nice. Bathroom was nice, just overall a good place. Not the cheapest but hey thats ok, I knew that going in. Ill be back for some brake work at some point.

Drew Honest. Family-owned. They ended up directing me to another shop for a specific repair since they know they couldnt do it as cheaply for the specific repair. Appreciate the honesty and looking out for the customer. Also great booking process, makes it very easy to get an appointment.

Luz Marquez-Mocarsky I had a great experience at Autopros Repair Shop in Tampa/Tempke Terrace area. The Owner Malvin as well as the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All very honest and made me feel safe and like family. I had just towed my car to a different shop in the area that told me my car needed a new transmission without even looking at it and wanted me to pay an outrageous amount even though I explained the car had been perfectly fine and that the problem was that I could not move the shift handle at all. I luckily was able to tow it to Autopros and they with all honesty explained it was just the shift cable that was broken and fixed it! They furthermore told me the car was fine and no need to change transmission or anything else at the moment. I cant thank Melvin enough and everyone there. May God continue to bless this shop to allow locals have a good place to fix their cars. Thank you all.

Manuel Morales Muy buena experiencia. This was one of the smoothest mechanic shop visits Ive ever encountered. They quoted me over the phone and sent me the link to view the PDF before even coming in. The price was exactly what I was quoted for and it feels so good that there was no funny fees or anything like that. I got my all my brake changes for a little less than 400 and honestly is not bad considering that the nissan dealership was gonna do it for 800. So far so good. I definitely recommend.

Kyle Hankins Tony will likely be the only honest mechanic you will ever meet in your life. He has been working on my vehicle and my familys vehicles since the early 90s. He has had enough opportunities to change unnecessary parts and upcharge us and he has not. Case in point: Car died. I replaced the battery. Days later it died again. At that point Tony could have easily said it is the alternator and had had us do an unnecessary repair. Called me later saying the battery terminal was loose on the new battery and nothing is wrong. He tightened it up and did not charge me.

Julio Alvarado These guys are Honest thieves! If I could give them a zero rating I would. They will lie to you in your face, with hesitation on their face. After going in for an evacuation and recharge of my AC system I asked the employee what pressure levels my low and high side were left at. He hesitated and responded 40 PSI on the low and 150 PSI on the high. After leaving the shop you can see they left the system empty in my photo. As you can see on the paperwork of their notes they also wrote nonsense! And they have the audacity to give me an outrageous quote after my system fails according to their notes.

Aidan Blust I had a tie rod issue with my truck and was searching for a place to take it. All the local dealers either didn’t answer or were higher priced. I called in and explained my problem to Kevin. This guy knew what he was doing! Kevin was very thorough with explaining what the best course of action may be, what the price point would be and also how the process would go with Diagnostic, repair and scheduling. I got it scheduled the next day and they got to work. There was no bs or corners cut in regards to what the final diagnosis was. They showed some recommendations that actually made sense and weren’t just blowing smoke. Once everything was done, the pickup process was very simple, easy and all the staff was very polite. In all, this is a great shop to take your vehicle. It is reasonably priced, straight forward and fast! Huge props to Kevin, Jeff and the team.

Mea Pearson I purchased a car new to me I had a bad transmission. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated nicely. They handled the warranty company completely I got a loner car they were done in a week all new parts all with a warranty on tthe parts n labor. I COMPLETELY TRUST THEM FOR ALL MY REPAIRS. Diana Carlson A rogue wasn’t working and we had it towed to RI automotive. They are honest and trustworthy and don’t try to rip you off we thought it was our starter which they could’ve made a lot of money on, but they told us it’s just the battery so this is our second time going to them. They are very honest trustworthy and don’t try to take all your money.

AutoAlign I’ve been trying to purchase a Mercedes SUV from a dealership. I was sent to this shop. Ryan is awesome, he assured me that he would check everything out on the car to make sure there are absolutely no issues. Mikah Collins I’m beyond thankful I found Bay Brothers Automotive to work on my vehicle. I have an older ford f150 that I was having numerous diagnostic codes with. After my usual shop said they were able to figure out the exact cause other thank electrical, and unwilling to fix the issue, I began searching for a local shop that could work on an older vehicle and its electrical issue. This is when I found Bay Brothers. Arriving early for my appointment, I spoke with Juan, and he listened to the issues I was describing. Juan told me he’d seen this numerous times and was 99% sure he knew what the problem was and it wouldn’t be an issue for him to fix. Juan looked into the culprit of my problems and later that day confirmed the issue was what he suspected. He talked me through the work that would need to be done, the timeframe, and the cost. Not only was the price to repair fair, the vehicle was ready to pick up before I anticipated. I can’t recommend this shop and their staff enough. I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else from here forward. Thank you Juan and the team!

Kenneth Davis The last thing you want to happen when you are on the road is to have car trouble. The pit in your stomach of not knowing the area and not knowing who to turn to. Thankfully, I was directed to State Road Auto Care. I was having problems with the front brakes locking up. Al quickly assessed the situation and said, "No problem. We can get you fixed up today." That was music to my ears. Al got the brakes repaired, did an oil change, and rotated the tires for us. He texted pictures of the worn parts before replacing them, and he sent a picture after the job was completed. We were back on the road that afternoon. Als rates for parts and service are very fair. He is an honest man, and he treats his customers like family. If I lived in this area, he would be my go-to mechanic for all of my cars. Thank you, Al. I will forever be thankful that our paths crossed today.
