5 /5 Gloria Coolman: This is the best auto shop I have been to. They are personable, transparent, and reasonable. I usually hate going to any car places, especially as a young woman who feels constantly taken advantage of. However, they took me into the garage to show me exactly what was going on with my car, explained what needed to be done, and treated me with respect as an equal. Definitely coming back!

5 /5 Jim Bugos: I cannot say enough good about Dr Mechanic Auto Repair and specifically Andrew who is in charge of business development. My daughter is a college student in Tampa and her A/C stopped working during the hottest stretch of the year so far. Another unnamed "national" service company quoted her almost $2000 for repairs that just seemed excessive. Dr Mechanic was able to get her in the shop right away and did a diagnostic to find that the only repair that was immediately needed was to replace the hose on the A/C and recharge totaling about $900...a huge difference for a college student paying her own repair bill. We will be back to Dr Mechanic for any future service work because of their honesty and communication in addition to their very fair pricing!

Oil leaks, a power steering rack leak, bad suspension, and misalignment were all beyond my skillset. Thankfully, I found Dr. Mechanic! They provided excellent service at a reasonable price, and I truly appreciate the care they took with my car.

They do a good job at explaining what needs to happen and why. I definitely feel that they are honest and reliable. It is hard sometimes times because they are very busy, but thats understandable as a good mechanic is often pretty busy.

5 /5 Jeremy Rodriguez: The staff at Dr Mechanic are very professional and kind. They are honest and will tell you up front what the problem is and make their recommendations. They stay in touch with you from the time you put your vehicle in their shop. I was very impressed on how caring their staff is. Andrew informed me that my vehicles engine was going to have to be rebuilt and offered several options. Even though it would have been beyond what the vehicle was worth I’m satisfied with the level of service I received. We decided it was best to part with the vehicle and they offered me a reasonable offer based on the condition of the vehicle. Andrew even personally drove me to the nearest DMV so I could retrieve the title. If you need any repairs in the future you can definitely count on DR Mechanic to provide the best service with honest opinions.
