Sophie Eaton As someone who’s had bad dental experiences before it’s safe to say you are in good hands here. The staff here are super friendly and willing to help work with you on your billing and insurance and are super flexible with scheduling. Dr.Patel was very professional and gentle with me, and all of their assistants were kind and walked me through the work I was receiving which put me at ease and helped my anxiety. I will probably spell this wrong but thank you nekiah, you are awesome!

Samantha M Beware! Dr Patel has dang near almost killed one of my best friends. She is a veteran and an AMAZING Mom/Person etc. she trusted Dr Patel had her best interest at heart with her dental needs. Not only did he cause her permanent damage, but he blew her off for nearly a month when she kept returning saying something didn’t feel right. He punctured her sinus with an infected tooth and let her suffer. He has never attempted to make things right with her or has ever apologized. My poor friend has a mountain of health issues and years of being on strong medications for autoimmune, it has taken a toll on her teeth. She is struggling immensely to be here as a result of his carelessness and lack of expertise. She has been in and out of the hospital, doctors offices, multiples surgeries. Multiple medications to keep herself alive and to keep ongoing complications from this preventable negligence. She has two severely disabled children and two other teenagers who have watched their mother’s health deteriorate and suffer because of his negligence. Beware. I would not trust this man with anyone you care about. I can’t sit back and not say anything after everything my beautiful friend has been through. Shame on you Dr Patel!

Christopher Smith Wonderful staff! I have been dealing with teeth pain for years, on and off. This time the pain started and did not leave, after dealing with other places I decided to talk to Aspen. I called, set up same day appointment for X-rays and cleaning and scheduled my extractions for the next day! Weeks of waiting for openings at other places was a waste of time! Samantha Wright I am new to PCB from Palm Springs California and didn’t have insurance. They took me immediately and didn’t charge for X-rays. I am terrified of dentists and Jessica and Dr Meck made me feel safe. From the checkin process to the backend process I e never had a better experience. I’m so blessed to have found Aspen Dental and Dr Meck and his team. Keisha was amazing too. Love her.I can’t believe I found a dentist and team in not afraid of. Thank you to everyone at Aspen.

Amy Scarborough The doctor and staff were nice. The office was really clean. The dental assistants were very nice and gentle. Treatment plan was singed and paid for before I left. Second visit I was told my treatment plan would have to be changed and the price went up due to the changes. After awhile the doctor was able to adjust my plan were I could afford the treatment that was being recommended and again signed for and paid in full. The third visit I was once again told that I owed the office an additional $500.00 for services the insurance company originally discounted and then later said was not covered. So I am now upset and stressed out due to the additional cost reccetly added to my bill..

The dental exam and X-rays were equally impressive. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, pointing out details on the X-rays that were actually informative and helpful for understanding my dental health. However, Dr Grandy immediately handled my emergency including the arrangement with a specialist for the same afternoon to complete the task. A&S DiGrezia I recently visited this location after relocating to Florida. Prior to my visit I had had a terrible experience with local competitor, Aspen Dental. Unless you yourself has lived with the shame that accompanies missing teeth, its hard to imagine how all encompassing it can be. More fortunate than many, I had undergone a full mouth reconstruction in 2004. As the years went by the likelihood of dentures increased after many significant complications and surgeries. Im unfortunately not a candidate for implants though that usually doesnt stop dentists from offering them. Aspen Dental offered me a lower implant denture for the reasonable price of 12,800. However, it came with the absolute criminal price of 6800 for a top denture without extractions ....huh? When I challenged how that could be possible I was treated like a problem child. After I got home I did the research I should have done on Aspen and came to find out that is their standard play to drive up costs. I then visited Affordable on a Wednesday. That day I had molds made, the next day my wax tryouts and just one day later was gifted with my new beautiful smile. In addition to this incredible timeline, the doctor is first class, genuine and honest. I was actually pleasantly taken back at his skill set as well as his concern for me and my mouth, not his bottom line. Shelby and Lydia were also incredible. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Not a cryer or a hugger, the day I received my dentures I cried tears of joy like a baby and hugged Lydia as she wiped them away. The front desk staff is also above par. They actually took the initiative to complete my insurance paperwork for my out of network reimbursement.....this task was my task to complete! This was so wonderful and so rare. It again speaks to the kind of practice you are dealing with. One last thing....the quote for my husband and I to receive top tier dentures with additional work, both of us, was less than the quote at Aspen for just a top denture with no extractions!!!!! My husband is about to start his implant journey and Im looking forward to coming back for his review. If you had any trepidation if this was the place for you....if maybe the name "Affordable" has got you thinking the work performed might be subpar... remove such thoughts and embrace the positives. Your new smile might not be "expensive" but the level of care you will receive is definitely worth a fortune! Many thanks to everyone at Affordable for giving me my smile and my life back!

Creations Creech (Creech Creations) I cant say enough good things about Ideal Dentistry. They are the absolute best Dentist Ive ever gone to in my 54 years. I called with a filling that had fallen out and they were able to get me in quickly. Once in the office I expressed my wants and unlike every other dentist Ive seen they did exactly as I requested, no pressure to have costly procedures I knew I would never do. Every person in that office was extremely pleasant and helpful. At no time did I feel like a was merely a checkbook sitting in a chair. My procedure was performed in a timely manner with hardly any discomfort. The amazing thing is after the Novocain wore off I have absolutely zero pain at all, not even from the needle. I give them a solid 10 of 10. Thank you Ideal Dentistry for saving my tooth!!!

Chelsea Socha I wish there were more than five stars to give to Cove Dental! My experience has been nothing short of amazing. When I walk in, it feels like I’m visiting family. The staff and Dr. Getz are just truly wonderful. I have a unique case and had to get a new bridge and some other major dental work accomplished, and I can say with full confidence that I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else for my dental needs. The office is cozy with beautiful views in every room, which makes dental visits much more relaxing and enjoyable. I have always felt like my concerns and questions were heard and discussed fully. I highly recommend Cove Dental!!!!

Morgan Carolan I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy get their dental work done here. Dr is great, until she’s not. Her staff made multiple mistakes on my financial paperwork and even communicating with me and in general. That’s just the beginning. I required more care than not only was needed, but that they were willing to give even after detailed explanation, request. It wouldn’t be too far off to say I was begging for someone knowledgeable to treat me like a decent human being. They took about 7 months to complete dental work on my uncle that was quoted 2 months originally. Again, your price and time here are not respected, that is really putting it lightly. Ultimately, dentistry is a practice that needs experts who are throughout, it’s a shame that this office is combusting under it’s own ‘expertise’ of pressures. We need more informed and responsive providers within the Northwest Florida area.

Even though we weren’t there for a cleaning, I still want to let everyone know Carrie and Jennifer are amazing Hygienists. We are always pleased when we leave Cove Dental Care.

Chante My daughter had an appointment today with Dr. Robby and Adrianna. Going in I was very nervous because we have always had Dr. Berry and change is hard. I also have some dentist ptsd and know that one bad experience can change your outlook forever. Andrianna and Dr. Robby immediately put my anxiety at ease, answered all my questions, and were so kind. Adrianna showed my daughter (6) all the tools and how they worked so she wouldn’t be nervous once they started. They talked to her throughout the whole treatment and she left smiling and laughing!! 10/10

Jessa Miller I couldn’t have asked for a better 1st dental experience for my boys! I was nervous for them as I remember my dentist as a child. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt an at home welcome from the 2 wonderful ladies working the front. There was no wait at all they called us back and my kids felt comfortable enough to walk with the Drs to get x-rays while I sat and filled paperwork. That never happens for my boys. Then they came back picked their flavors and hopped up on the chair and had the best time getting their teeth brushed and looked at!

Lori DAngelo I had a great experience with Dr. Courtney and her assistant Victoria having my silver fillings removed and replaced with safer materials via the S.M.A.R.T. Removal process. I am usually very nervous and anxious in dental appointments but this was a very good experience from start to finish. They both kept me informed and comforted through the whole process. I even almost fell asleep at one point. It’s nice to be able to trust your care team enough to fall asleep during a dental procedure. I also appreciate the care and expertise Dr. Courtney has with providing anesthetic. I’ve had dentist ram a needle in me not caring how it feels only to have the anesthetic not work at all. This time I didn’t feel a thing thanks to her care and precision.
