1 /5 Vivian Baker: Was Kept waiting for 3.5 hours. Only four people in the waiting room with me. Dr spent 15 minutes with me and offered no real solution to bronchial and sinus infection other than a four day antibiotic and over the counter products or vitamin store products. Boo. Hiss.

2 /5 Wells Micha “strivin4greatness”: Ive been using this center as my primary and will no longer. I went in because I had been sick for a few days along with the entire family that week. I wasnt showing signs of fever at the moment but spoke of the mucus coming up and terrible, hurtful cough. Because I was not showing signs of sickness at that point, he didnt prescribe anything and asked if I wanted anything. Im not the doctor is what I thought to myself. Left without anything. The rest of the day and especially the next 2 days, the cough got so much worse and deeper. IT IS COUGH AND FLU SEASON! I will not be going back to BayCare. They herd you in and push you out. I would rather him have listened to me and taken care of me then just rushed me out.

1 /5 spencer capitano: Poor diagnostic skills by Chris PA, stated my wife had a common cold, had to take her to Bartow Regional hospital ER and got a totally different diagnosis Influenza A, bad case after Chris said no flu after rapid test and he was apparently in a hurry for something to get to because he kept asking if that was all and trying to leave the exam room. Also asked if he would call in a refill on her Meclizine since this illness activated her dizziness and he said call your doctor. Definitely wont be back, can get better diagnosis and treatment from our veterinarian.

4 /5 Dan Borah: I went to BayCare South Lakeland after several days of low fever, headache, runny nose, body aches. Facility is clean, modern and staff was pleasant. Didnt have much of a wait to be called. Staff was professional, seemed knowledgeable. PA took time to discuss my condition which turned out to be influenza. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

5 /5 fran howard: I think the guy I saw was David. He was great. 2nd time I’ve seen him. He is so understanding and kind. Listened to me and explained what he thought. Will always come here for emergency care. I told the girl up front at the desk that my throat had a knot and I had eaten nuts even though I’m not allergic. She asked me how I felt. I didn’t have any trouble breathing. Good job training your front desk employees to recognize anaphylactics. !!!! That can’t wait!!! It’s life threatening and she knew it.
