From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and efficient. The owner, Zack, took the time to explain in detail that the starter was not worn and he made suggestions to take back to the dealer to address the issue under warranty. There were no surprise charges or hidden fees when I picked up the truck. The shop was clean and inviting, great lobby/waiting area. The owner and mechanics were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bayside Auto Repair to anyone needing quality service with a personal touch! Five stars!

While I waited, I noticed how professional, kind, and genuinely engaging he was with every single customer. I mentioned some concerns with my brakes, and instead of trying to upsell me or push a service I didn’t need, he gave me a few honest and practical solutions—some of which I could even take care of through my own mechanic back home. I was charged a fair price and received great service. I would absolutely recommend Bayside Auto. 10/10!!
