5 /5 Mike Tomberlin: I keep returning to Auto Solutions of OB because these guys are honest and straightforward. I took my Toyota Tacoma to the dealer for the "free lifetime" oil change and they handed me a laundry list of things needed to be done. I brought the list to Auto Solutions and they explained what each one was and whether or not it was needed. Surprisingly, nothing the dealer said was needed for another 20k miles! Also, they beat the price on every single item. That honesty is hard to find with auto shops (sorry guys). What further solidified me as a customer was my wifes BMW oil reset light. The display indicated "reset impossible" so I was thinking some sensor was bad. Auto Solutions said to just bring it back and theyd figure it out. They were able to reset the light.....and didnt charge me a dime!!! Hows THAT for honesty and integrity! Now I bring everything to them, even simple oil changes and tire rotations. Im a customer for life!

5 /5 M S: Great Service Good Communications Took my 2016 Lincoln MKX in to take care of clunking noises in front suspension. OEM dealer parts for this car are ridiculously expensive but it is a Lincoln. Replaced the 2 anti sway bars as bushings were worn and making noise and also discovered 2 leaking drive seals on AWD. Labor costs these days are very expensive but you get what you pay for. After replacing anti sway bars and seals (for which auto solutions had a serious problem finding correct parts but eventually they did - my vin doesnt correctly show my model for some reason). Everything is back to normal and the cost was reasonable for the services provided. I found Denise the service man & John the owner very helpful, communicative and informative. I would highly recommend Auto Solutions for you next service, I will be back when I might need them. They were recommended to me and I recommend them to you.
